the secret government
With the war at an end, the world was at the mercy of the Global Elite. Europe was devastated, physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and economically - as it was planned to be. The enormity of the deceit may be hard to comprehend as you survey those endless rows of white gravestones in the war cemeteries of France, but those young men and women did not die for freedom in its true sense. They died to satisfy the Elite agenda for global domination and, on a higher level, to deepen the control of the Prison Warders on the Fourth Dimension. Of course, if those soldiers on both sides had known that, there would have been no war. Instead, they were presented with a story that the Nazis were a uniquely evil creation that had to be stopped by the forces of goodness, freedom, and virtue. Again, another black and white fantasy.
The Nazi philosophy was unspeakable, but it was also the philosophy of those who controlled the Allies. The same forces funded and manipulated both of them. At the end of World War II, the United States was the most powerful country on Earth. It had bankrolled the war and, through the lend-lease system of supplying armaments on the basis of ‘have now, pay later’, Europe was drowning in debt to the American - Elite-controlled - bankers. Roosevelt had told Churchill years earlier that the British Empire would have to be dismantled and now that was a certainty. Britain’s long period of pre-eminence was over, destroyed by the two World Wars.
For me, Britain should never have had an ‘empire’ in the first place, but we need to keep our eyes on why it was brought to an end by those plotting their own world supremacy. If you read the Illuminati Protocols (which I included in The Robots’ Rebellion), you will see that the use of debt and wars as a means of control was precisely what the manipulators had always planned. These protocols came to light late in the last century and, although they have been condemned as a ‘forgery’, they tell the story of the twentieth century with remarkable accuracy. Whoever wrote them knew what was coming. The debt they talk about was to grow still more, with the European countries borrowing heavily from America, to rebuild their towns and cities in the aftermath of all the bombing that had gone on.
The United States (Global Elite) introduced its Grand Area strategy to control Western Europe, the whole of the Western hemisphere, the Middle and Far East, and the former British Empire. The Third World was essential to this policy. In the words of a 1949 memo by the US State Department, the Third World would “.. .fulfill its major function as a source of raw materials and a market for industrial capitalist societies”.1 Put another way, it was going to be mentally, emotionally, and physically raped.
George Kennan at the State Department even suggested at this time that Europe might enjoy a ‘psychological lift’ from exploiting Africa, as declassified documents reveal.2 Vital to this plan was to ensure that no country, particularly in the Third World, was allowed to delink from Elite economic domination and run their economy for the benefit of the people. This so called ‘threat of a good example’, which others might follow, led to slaughter across South and Central America and the East, including Vietnam. Henry Kissinger (Comm 300) would call the introduction of social and economic reforms in Third World countries a ‘virus’ that, if allowed to thrive, would ‘infect’ a much wider area.3 Or, as Secretary of State Dean Acheson (Comm 300) said in the late 1940s, “One rotten apple can spoil the barrel”.
The Elite’s barrel. The more terror that could be used against leaders and people trying to eliminate dependency on the Elite bankers and multinationals, the less likely it was that anyone else would try it. This was the fundamental and base motivation behind the United States (Elite) strategy which engineered the horrors in Vietnam, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Brazil, Italy, Chile, the Dominican Republic, Laos, Grenada, Honduras, Iran, and Indonesia.
You would need a map of the world to list them all. Behind these events and the overthrow of democratically elected governments were many of the Nazis employed all over the world by the CIA. The SS officer and Gestapo chief, Klaus Barbie, the ‘Butcher of Lyon’, was one who was employed by the Americans to spy on the French. For hundreds, if not thousands, of Hitler’s men who were bankrolled by the CIA, it was ‘business as usual’ after the ‘defeat’ of Nazism.
The manipulation was happening on many levels, but the most important goal was to cause so much conflict between nation states (the problem), that public opinion would demand that something must be done (the reaction), and the Elite could then unveil its long-term plan for centralized global institutions under the control of a tiny clique (the solution).
In summary, the foundation themes of the Elite’s plan immediately after the war were the following:
The approach which was followed to hoodwink public thinking was painfully predictable, but highly effective: Discredit the nation state. This was laid out during the War by the German economist and refugee, Hans Heymann, who produced his Plan for Permanent Peace using funds given by... the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. In this work he said:
It was classic problem-reaction-solution. In 1945, the original Round Table secret society had two main offshoots - the Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA) at Chatham House in London (which had branches in many other parts of the world), and the RIIA’s United States branch, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) in New York (which had branches across the United States).
In the post-war years, these would be joined by the Bilderberg Group (Bil), the Trilateral Commission (TC), and the Club of Rome (CR) to form a highly effective network of manipulation which comprises a very significant element of the secret government of the world - a government that is far more powerful than any elected authority (Figure 7).

You will find the membership of these organizations among the elite of global politics and political ‘advisors’, banking, oil companies, multinational corporations, media owners, executives and journalists, the military, the law, and education. They
the secret government within organizations, infiltrating these spheres of influence and secretly promoting the Global Elite agenda. The majority of their colleagues and employees have no idea what is going on or how they are being used. As with the Round Table, there are distinct circles of people within these front groups. There is an elite core who work full time for the cause; a circle of members who know the agenda and work within their own organizations to achieve it; and an outer circle of members who are not aware of the real and full implications but are useful to the manipulators in the short term. Not everyone who is a member of these organizations is a conscious manipulator and we need to use our intuition and the information presented by researchers to decide which ones know the score and which are being used without understanding what they are really involved in.
In this chapter, I will outline the background and influence of these groupings and of their associated power blocs, the United Nations and the European Union.
The Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA)
The Anglo-American Elite who met at the Versailles Peace Conference in Paris in 1919 formed the RIIA and the Council on Foreign Relations in 1920 and 1921, as discussed earlier. The so called ‘special relationship’ between Britain and America is, in fact, the relationship between the RIIA and the Council on Foreign Relations.
Today the Royal Institute, with the Queen as its patron, has an enormous effect on British and global policy. It is the British Foreign Office. So why, it can be fairly asked, has British economic and political power been curtailed? The answer is that the British manipulators are far more interested in creating a world government than in improving Britain as a country. If curtailing British economic power and the empire was necessary for this wider plan, then so be it. As with the ‘Jewish’ clique, their commitment is to the cause of the All-Seeing Eye cult, not the interests of the people.
At the time of this writing, the RIIA’s three joint presidents are Lord Carrington (Comm 300), the former Conservative cabinet minister (including Foreign Secretary), Secretary-General of NATO, member of the Trilateral Commission, and, from 1991, the chairman of the Bilderberg Group; Lord Callaghan of Cardiff, the former Labour Prime Minister, cabinet minister (including Foreign Secretary), and Bilderberg attendee; and Lord (Roy) Jenkins of Hillhead, a founding member in Europe of the Trilateral Commission, a Bilderberger, and the former Labour Cabinet minister and Chancellor of the Exchequer.
Lord Jenkins was one of the ‘Gang of Four’, along with former Labour Foreign Secretary, Lord (David) Owen (TC), who split the Labour Party in 1981 by launching their own Social Democratic Party (SDP). He was also a President of the European Commission and, together with people like the former Conservative Prime Minister, Edward Heath (Bil, TC), he is a passionate advocate of European union. The chairman of the RIIA is the former Conservative MP, Christopher (now Lord) Tugendhat, the chairman of the Abbey National Building Society and Governor of the Ditchley Foundation, which is a front for the New World Order, according to many researchers and published works.
Tugendhat describes the European Union as, “the most hopeful and beneficent political development to be undertaken in this part of the world this century.. .it is a brave and noble [sic] venture that I am proud to be able to serve”.5 The Institute names as ‘honorary presidents’ the “presidents and prime ministers of the United Kingdom and other Commonwealth countries”.6
The presidents, prime ministers, and political elite throughout the world speak at the Institute, often under the secrecy of the ‘Chatham House Rule’. This says that:
So much for open government.
The Institute is highly secretive and will not release details of its membership in high places. Why not, if it is only a ‘think tank’? What is there to hide? When I rang to ask for a list of members in the British Cabinet and Shadow Cabinet, I was told by the membership secretary that the names of individual members are never released. To join, you have to be nominated by two members who know you well and even then you might not pass the selection procedure. Running alongside this membership is another which is only allowed access to the Institute’s library.
This second form of membership helps to smokescreen what is going on elsewhere in the organization. The Institute is funded today, as it has been from the start, by the major global companies and banks. Its ‘Energy and Environment Programme’ is paid for by major oil companies, coal and electricity producers, and the Atomic Energy Authority.
My goodness, I bet that’s unbiased! Major corporate members of the RIIA are: Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York (J.P. Morgan); S.G. Warburg Group plc (before its takeover);8 Barings plc (before its mysterious and high profile collapse);9 the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office; the Ministry of Defence; the United States Embassy; the RTZ Corporation; Anglo-American Corporation of South Africa; British Petroleum; Shell International; Bank of England; Barclays Bank; Lloyds Bank; National Westminster Bank; Lazard Brothers; TSB Group; Abbey National; Midland Montagu; Coopers and Lybrand; Unilever; British American Tobacco Industries; British Aerospace; The Economist; Gerard Atkins and Co Ltd; John Swire and Sons Ltd; and Ente Nazionale Idrocarburi (ENI).
The other corporate members comprise a list of the world’s leading companies, countries, and media. Even the Church of England is in there, along with theAfrican National Congress (ANC) and Amnesty International. Why is Amnesty International supporting an organization through which manipulation is orchestrated that adds massively to the number of political prisoners?
Media organizations supporting the RIIA include:
Taxpayer funding and support for the RIIA is given not only by the British and Commonwealth Office and the Ministry of Defence, but also the Cabinet Office, the Treasury, the Department of the Environment, the Department of Trade and Industry, Customs and Excise, and many other sources. The British Labour Party International Department is a corporate member, along with the Trades Union Congress (TUC), and so are other names we have seen throughout this book.
These include the Chase Manhattan Bank (the post-war amalgamation of the Rockefellers’ Chase Bank and the Rothschild/Warburg Bank of Manhattan), Morgan and Warburg companies and amalgamations, N.M. Rothschild and Sons Ltd, J. Henry Schroder (also acting as the bankers for the BBC charity, the Children in Need Appeal), the Ford Motor Company, and that population control organization so beloved of George Bush, the Planned Parenthood Federation. Another name which keeps coming up in my investigations is the Hambros Bank Ltd, which is also a corporate member of the RIIA.
The creation of a United States of Europe under centralized control is a major stepping-stone in the New World Order plan, and so it is appropriate and hardly surprising that the RIIA is also supported by the Commission of the European Communities, the European Parliament UK Office, the European Policy Advisers (UK) Ltd, European Round Table (how apt!) of Industrialists, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.10 The Institute is used as a private forum for the elite to sell their New World Order ideas to invited audiences and those with influence in the media, politics, education and commerce.
It is a lobbying organization, in effect, for the New World Order and a means (outside the ‘official’ government machine) through which deals can be done and events arranged without the knowledge of either the public or elected parliaments. It is more than that, however. It is a central and powerful pivot in the secret government network, with very close links to the British Royal Family and British Intelligence.
Again, most of the people involved with the RIIA do not realize how it is being used.
The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and The United Nations (UN)
The CFR is the Royal Institute, Stateside branch. The only major difference between them is that the CFR membership list is more widely available and some of its members have been so disturbed by what they have seen and heard that they have spoken out against it. Not many, but some. If only that were the case in Britain, where they leave the Americans standing when it comes to secrecy! Most of the ‘secrets’ that come to the surface in Britain are those which have been purposely leaked to undermine a politician, personality, or group, for some desired, manipulative end.
This general rule also applies in the US, but the British establishment has had longer to perfect its leak-proofing techniques. Since the formation of the CFR, every president of the United States has been a member except for Ronald Reagan. In truth Reagan was not president, his vice-president George Bush, a CFR member, was running the show. It was the Council on Foreign Relations, no doubt with RIIA input and coordination, that brought the United Nations (the successor to the League of Nations) into being. This was the jewel of the post-war manipulators and one of the main reasons the Second World War was fashioned.
By 1945, the world was understandably sick and tired of war and the public mind was open to anything that might prevent more human slaughter. Problem-reaction-solution brought forth the United Nations. The UN Charter was officially accepted by representatives of fifty countries at a meeting in San Francisco on June 26th 1945. But that was only the public culmination of years of behind-the scenes manoeuvring by the Council on Foreign Relations, which controlled the administration of Franklin D. Roosevelt.
The writer, James Perloff, revealed the background to the UN in his 1988 book, The Shadows Of Power: The Council On Foreign Relations And The American Decline:
In his book, The American Language, H.L. Mencken suggests that the term ‘United Nations’ was decided by President Roosevelt during a meeting with Winston Churchill at the White House in December 1941, shortly before the attack on Pearl Harbor.12 The US delegation at the founding meeting of the UN was like a roll call of the CFR. It included Isaiah Bowman, Hamilton Fish Armstrong, Sumner Welles, Norman H. Davis, James T. Shotwell, and the Russian-born Leo Pasvolsky.
They were all CFR members who served during the war on Roosevelt’s Advisory Committee on Post-War Foreign Policies. In all, seventy-four CFR members were in the delegation. This was the vehicle through which the United Nations was manipulated into being. The US delegation at the San Francisco Conference also included:
The attitude of John J. McCloy typified that of the manipulators who created the UN. He was a financial advisor to the Italian fascist government of Benito Mussolini and he played a significant role in Nazi Germany for the Harriman/Bush bank which was financing Hitler. McCloy sat in Hitler’s private box at the 1936 Olympics in Berlin at the invitation of Rudolf Hess and Hermann Goring.13 McCloy was also a member of the Bilderberg Group Steering Committee.
The secretary general of the conference was the State Department official and CFR member, Alger Hiss, later exposed as a secret agent employed by the Soviet Union. Hiss was executive secretary of the 1944 Dumbarton Oaks Conference, where he worked with Stalin’s man, Vyacheslav Molotov, on the details of the UN Charter. He was described as President Roosevelt’s ‘top international organization specialist’ at the Yalta Conference in the Crimea in February 1945, which was also attended by Churchill and Stalin. After guiding the UN into existence, Hiss was made president of the infamous Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, an appointment made by John Foster Dulles, who ignored information about Hiss’s espionage when he was told about it in 1946. Later Hiss was exposed and spent 44 months in prison. Other covert Communist Party members of the CFR were in the US delegation in San Francisco for the launch of the UN, among them Dexter White, who was also revealed as a Soviet agent. The Council on Foreign Relations directs the United States policy, whatever ‘party’ is officially in power. As John J. McCloyonce said:
The granddaughter of former President Theodore Roosevelt, the newspaper columnist Edith Kermit Roosevelt, summed up the grip of the so called ‘Eastern Establishment’ working through the CFR:
Robert W. Lee, writing in the September 1992 edition of The New American pointed out that at least fourteen of the eighteen US secretaries of state since the CFR was founded in 1921 have been members of that organization, including the acting secretary of state at the time of the article, Lawrence Eagleburger.
The last eight directors of the CIA, including George Bush, had been CFR members, and over the previous four decades, the Democratic and Republican Party candidates for president or vice president who were (or became) members of the CFR were Dwight D. Eisenhower, Adlai Stevenson, John F. Kennedy, Henry Cabot Lodge, Richard Nixon, Hubert Humphrey, Edmund Muskie, George McGovern, Jimmy Carter, Walter Mondale, Gerald Ford, Nelson Rockefeller, George Bush, Michael Dukakis, Geraldine Ferraro, and Bill Clinton.
This, then, is the organization which created the United Nations.16 The UN even built its headquarters in New York on land given free of charge by the Rockefellers. Besides the Rockefellers, names like Morgan, Warburg, Schiff, and Marburg were manipulating in the background, behind the politicians and advisors. The United Nations was sold to the public as a means to bring peace to the world, to solve differences by words, not war. Most of the people who work for the UN genuinely believe that is its purpose. They are about to be disillusioned on that score, I’m afraid.
The UN is but a ‘Trojan Horse’ for the global fascist/communist tyranny known as the New World Order. It is the vehicle through which the world government and world army are being manipulated into place and through which public opinion is being softened up, by conflicts and propaganda, to accept this policy as the only way to bring peace and stability to human affairs. All seven of the UN secretary generals since 1945 have promoted such thinking. The last holder of the office, Dr Boutros Boutros-Ghali, began his career under the Egyptian dictator, Gamal Abdel Nasser. Boutros-Ghali called for a permanent UN Army (world army) and for the UN to have the right to levy taxation (world government). His successor, Kofi Annan, wants the same.
The original United Nations has given birth to a stream of connected organizations which coordinate the New World Order plan in areas like health (World Health Organization), population control or - more accurately - eugenics, (the UN Population Fund - UNFPA), economic development and environment (the UN Environment Programme - UNEP), education, science and culture (UNESCO), and the list is getting longer all the time.
These are organisations which are designed to globalise control of all areas of our lives and we urgently need to wake up to this. The UN is a front for the Illuminati/Freemasonic hierarchy. In a speech in 1970, Robert Welch, the founder of the John Birch Society in America, predicted with remarkable accuracywhat the United Nations would become:
That is what the United Nations was always intended to do; that is what it was created to do; that is what it is now doing.
The European Economic Community - now The European Union
The plan to create three global trading blocks which would eventually be merged into one is not new. It has been a long-term plan to centralize power in Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Australia, via groupings promoted initially as free trade areas, but later evolving into the European Union, the American Union, and the Pacific Union.
The European Economic Community was the first, and this has been followed by the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) which involves the US, Canada, and Mexico. This agreement was signed by President George Bush on August 12th 1992. In my scores of public talks throughout 1994, I said that this would eventually be expanded to encompass the whole of the Americas. This was not prophecy, simply knowledge of the game plan. It doesn’t matter what president is nominally in power, be it Republican or Democrat, the plan rumbles on.
What was it that George Bush, a Republican, said when NAFTA was launched? That he wished to see a free trade area stretching from the top of North America to the tip of South America. What was it that Bill Clinton, a Democrat, said at a gathering of leaders from throughout the American continent on December 10th 1994?
Spot the difference? No, nor me. Another thing I was predicting through 1994, again from knowledge of the agenda, was the creation of the third ‘free trade area’ involving Asia and Australia. On November 16th 1994, I picked up a copy of the London Daily Telegraph to see that this had been agreed to on the previous day. The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) grouping was accepted at a Summit meeting near Jakarta, Indonesia, attended by Bill Clinton, Paul Keating (the Australian Prime Minister), and heads of the Asian governments.
Either Keating is in on the scam or he is easily duped. Now the process will begin of evolving the two latest trading blocs into the model used in Europe before merging them all into one.
The plan for a United States of Europe under centralized control goes back centuries. It was one of the goals of the Knights Templar. When the Templars were destroyed in their stronghold in France by a combination of the French King and the Pope, many of those who survived the onslaught regrouped in Scotland and the Templars reformed under the pseudonym, the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry. This has a large number of its members in the high places of influence and power in the world, not the least in the United States.
The men behind the European Community, now the European Union, were Jean Omar Marie Gabriel Monnet (Comm 300), the son of a French brandy merchant; Count Richard N. Coudenhove-Kalergi (Comm 300) from Austria; and Joseph Retinger (Comm 300), a Polish socialist, who formed an organization called the European Movement to press for central control of Europe. He was also most influential in the creation of the Bilderberg Group, one of the key vehicles for secret government manipulation. Jean Monnet was the most important figure, however, in European union.
Monnet went to Canada in 1910, at the age of just twenty to seek new markets for the family brandy business. There he linked up with the Hudson Bay Company and the Lazard Brothers banking operation and became part of the Anglo-American scene, even though he was French. He became a confidant to presidents and prime ministers, and this won him a highly lucrative contract to ship materials from Canada to France during the First World War. When the war ended he was appointed to the Allied Supreme Economic Council and he became advisor to the group around Lord Milner (Comm 300) and Colonel House (Comm 300), which was preparing the Treaty of Versailles and creating the League of Nations.
By 1919, his influence and reputation among the manipulators was such that he was named the Deputy Secretary General of The League of Nations. The same names again. Six years later he moved to America and became vice president of a company owned by the Bank of America, called Transamerica. Monnet was now in the perfect position to coordinate the America-European conspiracy to create the European Community.
Count Richard N. Coudenhove-Kalergi wrote a book in 1923, calling for a United States of Europe. He was named after Richard Wagner, of whom Hitler had said that to understand Nazi Germany one had to understand Wagner. A close friend of the Count’s father was Theodore Herzl, the founder of Zionism. The Count’s book was called Pan Europa, and he went on to form the Pan European Union with branches right across the continent, supported by leading European politicians, the Anglo-American Establishment, including Colonel House and Herbert Hoover, and the usual crowd that pop up everywhere. The Count said in his autobiography:
Also among the supporters of the Pan European Movement was Winston Churchill (Comm 300), who wrote an article in 1930 for the American publication, The Saturday Evening Post, entitled “The United States of Europe”. This was nine years before the Second World War for which Churchill so vigorously campaigned - a war that was responsible for creating the European Community. Count Coudenhove-Kalergi was given enthusiastic backing from such ‘unbiased’ sources as John Foster Dulles, Nicholas Murray Butler, the president of Columbia University and the Carnegie Endowment for International War (sorry, ‘Peace’), and Dr Stephen Duggan, the founder and first president of the Institute of Education, which was 100% controlled by the Council on Foreign Relations.
Those who funded the Bolshevik Revolution and both sides in the two World Wars, including Adolph Hitler, were plotting to introduce the European Community as well as the United Nations. Meanwhile, Monnet was also close to Franklin D. Roosevelt, thanks to his relationship with the President’s influential aide, Harry Hopkins, who was to Roosevelt what Colonel House had been to President Wilson. Hopkins was financed by the Rockefellers and he was their man in the White House. He was recruited by Nelson Rockefeller to work on the New Deal which actually prolonged the United States depression.19
Both Monnet and Hopkins were supporters of the Soviet Union and Monnet was deeply involved in the lend-lease policies through which vast amounts of weapons, other materials, and knowledge of US nuclear technology were transferred to the communist world. Organizations like the Federal Union Movement - later the Atlantic Union Committee and the Atlantic Council of the United States - were formed to press for the union of America and Britain. Such bodies were dominated by CFR members.
Among the directors of the Atlantic Council in the 1970s were George Bush (Comm 300) and one of the world’s most influential and tireless manipulators, Henry Kissinger (Comm 300), of whom much more will be revealed as our story progresses. The pressure and propaganda for European Union reached new heights in May 1948, when the United European Movement held its Congress of Europe. The leading advocates of the Movement were Winston Churchill and his son-in-law, the British politician Duncan Sandys, and working behind the scenes to great effect were Jean Monnet and the creator of the Bilderberg Group, Joseph Retinger.
The Congress adopted seven Resolutions on the political union of Europe. One of them stated, “The creation of a United Europe must be regarded as an essential step towards the creation of a United World” [world government]. Monnet also headed the Committee for the United States of Europe, which had the same goal.20 The post-war American loans to Europe, known as the Marshall Plan or European Recovery Programme (ERP), were used both to provide funds for the European Union movement and to undermine the independence of sovereign states and increase the pressure for the central control of Europe.
This aid plan was supposed to be the work of General George C. Marshall, President Truman’s Secretary of State, but it is now known that the architects were Jean Monnet and the Council on Foreign Relations.21 In 1946-1947, a CFR study group was formed to report on the Reconstruction of Europe. The group was chaired by the lawyer, Charles M. Spofford, and the secretary was David Rockefeller (Comm 300), later to be head of the Chase Manhattan Bank, the chairman of the CFR, a leading influence in the Bilderberg Group, and creator of another front for the Elite, the Trilateral Commission.
Within little more than a year, this CFR ‘study group’ changed its name to the Marshall Plan and was sold as government policy. The man chosen to head the Marshall Plan in Europe was... Averell Harriman (Comm 300), who based himself at the Rothschild’s Paris Mansion, Hotel Talleyrand. The proposal was not given an easy ride and there were many congressmen who could see through the smokescreen. The CFR therefore launched a propaganda offensive by Elite organizations to ensure that the policy was accepted. These included the CFR controlled business and trade union bodies and, of course, the CFR-controlled media. The policy of a United States of Europe was given sterling support from the CFR’s New York Times and Washington Post. The Elite-contrived ‘Cold War’ would also be very useful, as indeed it would be on so many occasions in the decades that followed. The need to make loans to Europe to overcome the threat of communism (which the Elite had created) was effectively used to win Congressional approval for the Marshall Plan. John J. McCloy (Comm 300), the chairman of the CFR for nearly twenty years, said that his period as US High Commissioner to Germany after the war had shown him how the use of the communist threat could get things done. “People sat up and listened when the Soviet threat was mentioned”,22 he said.
When the proposals secured approval, the Marshall Plan executive board included Allen W. Dulles, then president of the CFR; Philip Reed, the chairman of General Electric; the former secretaries of war, Henry L. Stimson and Robert P. Patterson; and the former undersecretary of state, Dean Acheson (Comm 300), a member of the CFR who was in the US delegation at the formation of the United Nations. The first step in the creation of the European Community was the introduction of the European Coal and Steel Community, which started in July 1952, and merged the coal and steel industries of West Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxemburg under one central control. It had the powers to decide prices, investment, raise money, and make decisions by majority voting. It was introduced under the name
The Schuman Plan (after the French socialist foreign minister and later prime minister, Robert Schuman), but once again the man behind it was Jean Monnet, then head of the French General Planning Commission. The idea won gushing praise from CFR names like John Foster Dulles and Dean Acheson, and Monnet was awarded the Wateler Peace Prize of two million francs to recognise the “international spirit which he had shown in conceiving the Coal and Steel Community...”. Who made the award? The Carnegie Foundation! Two admirers of Monnet, Merry and Serge Bromberger, set out the plan in their book, Jean Monnet And The United States Of Europe:
Monnet and his plotters tried to introduce a European army under their central command. They called for disarmament by the nations and the creation of one army. The same is happening today on a global scale. The six members of the Coal and Steel Community signed a treaty to this effect in 1952, but it failed to materialize when the French Parliament refused to accept it. Still, on March 25th 1957, the six did sign the two Treaties of Rome to create the European Economic Community or Common Market, and the European Atomic Energy Community (Euratom). The negotiations for the Treaties of Rome were controlled by Monnet with constant help from the CFR network in the United States. This was confirmed by Harvard lecturer, Ernst H. van der Beugel, an honorary secretary-general of the Elite’s Bilderberg Group and a member of the Trilateral Commission.
In his book, From Marshall Aid To Atlantic Partnership (foreword by his friend, Henry Kissinger), he says:
Monnet = Global Elite.
The Single European Act, which brought down trade barriers across Europe from 1992, and the Maastricht Accords for European union are just more stepping-stones along the road to the United States of Europe under Elite control. The stepping-stones approach is used daily to fool the public. The manipulators know that if we were asked to move from nation state sovereignty to world government in one leap, even the bewildered herd might ask what was going on and oppose it. So we are sold a series of intermediate stages which are promoted as isolated and unconnected events.
Once we have accepted one, the next is introduced until the final goal is reached by stealth. It is like putting someone in a bath of cold water and then heating it slowly until it boils. Only in the final stages does the victim realize what is happening and by then it may be too late. Josef Stalin, the authoritarian dictator of the Soviet Union, explained this process in his book, Marxism And The National Question, published in 1942 when the Anglo-American-communist game plan was obviously well known to him.
He wrote:
Which is precisely what is happening. In 1984, the Soviet KGB defector, Anatoliy Golitsyn, warned that there would be a ‘false liberalization’ in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. This would be welcomed by the West, he said, and it would lead to a merger of the European Community and the countries of the former Soviet Union. On the same weekend in December 1994, that Bill Clinton announced plans for the NAFTA free trade area to be expanded across the Americas to Argentina, the European heads of government revealed plans to allow countries of the former Soviet Union to join the European Union. Events are now moving very quickly. In the first draft of this chapter, I wrote that the plan was to eventually merge the former Soviet Union into the United States of Europe and, before this book was finished, it had been officially announced.
Look at how far the confidence trick has travelled since the introduction of the European Economic Community, or Common Market. We were told we had to join or the British economy would collapse. Oh really? The current British deficit in European trade and membership contributions since we joined is closing in on £100 billion!26 Once the peoples of Europe had been tricked into believing that if they didn’t join they would all face disaster, the word economic was dropped from the title and it became the European Community (stepping-stone). Later there was another name change to the European Union (stepping-stone). We have also had the move towards the centralization of political power in the community and the erosion of national decision-making (stepping-stone).
This was followed by the pressure for a European Central Bank and one European currency (stepping-stone). And the concept of Europe with centralised control administered by a European Central Bank, one currency, regional administration and common labour, transport and industrial policies, is exactly what Hitler and the Nazis planned for Europe. They even called their plan the European Economic Community (Europaische Wirtschaft = gemeinschaft).27 In his 1966 book, Tragedy And Hope, Elite ‘insider’ Carroll Quigley explained how the process of European integration on all levels was to be achieved in stages; Richard N. Gardner (Comm 300) of the CFR was later to say how the plan was to “erode it [sovereignty] piece by piece”.28
On November 9th 1988, the European leaders gathered at the Pantheon in Paris to celebrate the centenary of the birth of Jean Monnet, the man called ‘the father of Europe’. But what was there to celebrate about Monnet’s creation? It has kept the peace in Europe since 1945? No, no. The Elite has allowed that to happen so European integration could take place. Without the manipulators there would have been no pan-European wars in this century, anyway. Monnet created a monster which is in the process of devouring freedom. The integration of Europe is another major vehicle for the New World Order.
The Bilderberg Group (BIL) 29
The creation of the European Community and the Bilderberg Group are linked by one man in particular, the Polish socialist, Joseph Retinger, a founder of the European Movement and fellow conspirator with Jean Monnet. It was Retinger and Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands who suggested regular meetings of European foreign ministers.
Out of these meetings came the customs union known as the Benelux Countries (Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxemburg), a forerunner to the European Community. Appropriately, it was in a speech at Chatham House to the Royal Institute of International Affairs that Retinger set out his vision of a Europe in which countries would ‘relinquish part of their sovereignty’.30 In London he met Averell Harriman, then US Ambassador to England. Harriman arranged for him to visit the United States to gather support for the Independent League for Economic Cooperation, also known sometimes as the Economic League for European Cooperation, which Retinger was organizing.
In America, Retinger (in his own words) enjoyed widespread approval for his plans from Russel C. Leffingwell, senior partner in the J.P. Morgan bank and official of the CFR; David Rockefeller, the CFR chairman from 1946-53; Nelson Rockefeller (CFR); Sir William Wiseman (Comm 300), partner in Kuhn, Loeb, the Rothschild company; George Franklin, the CFR executive director from 1953-71 and an ‘in law’ to the Rockefeller family; John Foster Dulles, and many other familiar characters.31 By this time, Retinger had already formed the American Committee on a United Europe with Allen Dulles, the first head of the CIA, and William Donovan, the head of the CIAs predecessor, the OSS.32
From these and other discussions came the idea of a grouping of leading politicians, political advisors, media owners and executives, multinational company and banking executives, military leaders, and educationalists, who would meet to decide the future of the world. It would become known as the Bilderberg Group, named after the Bilderberg Hotel in Oosterbeek, the Netherlands, where the first meeting took place from May 29th to 31st 1954. At the heart of the Bilderberg Group’s formation were the Rothschilds and people like Retinger, Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands, Paul Rykens (the chairman of the soap and food giant, Unilever), and that man again, Averell Harriman.
The influence of Harriman on this century can hardly be overstated, although most people will never have even heard of him. It was Harriman who arranged the lend-lease supplies to Britain and the Soviet Union; was the leading administrator of the Marshall Plan in Europe (which directed the policies of recipient countries); introduced the defence budget procedures with Jean Monnet and the British civil servant, Edwin Plowden, for the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation(NATO) which are still used today; headed the Mutual Security Administration which rearmed Europe during the Cold War. This was the man whose family businesses supported the emergence of Adolph Hitler and the eugenics movement.
Prince Bernhard, the former German SS officer, German spy via the I.G. Farben Company,33 and later a major shareholder with Lord Victor Rothschild in Shell Oil, went to America to arrange the US membership of the Bilderberg Group. Prince Bernhard was born in 1911 as the German Prince of Lupp-Biesterfeld and later worked for I.G. Farben’s ‘NW7’ intelligence department. He married Princess Juliana (Comm 300) of the Netherlands in 1937.
They were exiled to London after the Nazi invasion of the Netherlands and this ‘former’ German intelligence operative worked as a top military liaison with allied forces.34 The man who persuaded Bernhard to be the frontman for the Bilderbergers was that arch manipulator.. .Lord Victor Rothschild. The annual meeting of the Anglo-European-American Elite known as the Bilderberg Group was to become a key component in the Elite network which forms the secret government of the world today.
Among those who attended that first meeting at the Bilderberg Hotel in 1954 were David Rockefeller (CFR); Dean Rusk (CFR, TC, Rhodes Scholar), the head of the Rockefeller Foundation and Secretary of State under John F. Kennedy; Joseph E. Johnson (CFR), head of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and the US Secretary of the Bilderbergers; Denis Healey (TC, RIIA, Comm 300), the British Labour Party Minister of Defence from 1964-1970 and Chancellor of the Exchequer 1974-1979; Hugh Gaitskell, the future leader of the British Labour Party before his death in the early 60s; and Lord Boothby, who worked with Winston Churchill on the unification of Europe.35
Denis Healey has attended more Bilderberg meetings since 1954 than any other United Kingdom politician. He also became chairman of another Elite creation, the International Monetary Fund Interim Committee, and he was given a grant by the Ford Foundation36 to launch the Elite’s Institute of Strategic Studies, which began operating in London in 1958.37 For 12 years, Healey, a leading member of the Fabian Society, served on the council of the Royal Institute of International Affairs and became a member of the Rockefellers’ Trilateral Commission in 1979.
The Bilderberg Group consists of a small core elite, known as the Steering Committee. This is unelected and was headed by Prince Bernhard, a close friend of the British Royal Family. He remained chairman until he resigned in 1976 when he was implicated in the Lockheed bribery scandal. Lord Home (Comm 300), the former British Prime Minister, took over as chairman and since 1991 that post has been held by Lord Carrington.
He is an extremely close associate of Henry Kissinger. Carrington is a former British cabinet minister, secretary general of NATO, member of the Committee of 300, and current President of the Royal Institute of International Affairs. Peter Rupert Carrington comes from a family which made its money from banking. Carrington was on the board of Hambros Bank (Comm 300 designate) which has been linked with the Michel Sindona financial scandal in Italy. This was, in turn, connected with the infamous P2 Freemasonry Lodge which blew Italian politics apart.
Among Lord Carrington’s other business interests have been directorships at Rio Tinto Zinc, Barclay’s Bank, Cadbury Schweppes, Amalgamated Metal, British Metal, Christies (the auctioneers), and the chairmanship of the Australian New Zealand Bank. In his book, The English Rothschilds, Richard Davis reports that Lionel Rothschild was a frequent visitor to the Carrington’s home in Whitehall. The two families are related by the marriage of the fifth Earl Rosebery to Hannah Rothschild, daughter of Mayer, in 1878. During the ceremony, she was given away, as the British say, by Prime Minister Disraeli. The Bilderberg Elite, like Carrington and those on the steering committee, coordinate the regular attenders of Bilderberg meetings (who know the real game plan) and those invited on a rare or one-time basis (who may not know the true agenda of the organisation, but can be fed the party line that world institutions are the way to peace and prosperity).
The Elite are also very efficient manipulators of the ego and many politicians feel themselves to have ‘arrived’ on the international stage if they are invited to attend. The Bilderberg Group meets once a year and always in the strictest secrecy. The hotels are cleared of everyone except the Bilderbergers and hotel staff. The meetings discuss the strategy required over the following twelve months to further the goals of the New World Order, and it cooperates with associated organizations. Not a word of the discussions is allowed to be reported in the mainstream press. This, despite the attendance of major media figures like Katharine Graham (Bil, CFR, TC), the present owner of the Washington Post, and Conrad Black (Bil, TC), the owner of the Hollinger Group which controls the London Daily Telegraph, the Jerusalem Post, the Spectator, and scores of other media organizations around the world. Graham is also co-chairman (with Arthur Ochs Sulzberger of the New York Times) in the jointly-produced International Herald Tribune, another propaganda sheet for the Global Elite.
Graham is further connected with Newsweek magazine and the news agency, Associated Press (AP), which feeds information to countless media outlets around the world; not information about the Bilderberg Group, however, or the CFR or Trilateral Commission.
Three board members of Black’s Hollinger empire, and/or the Daily Telegraph, are Henry Kissinger, Lord Carrington, and Sir Evelyn de Rothschild. Black has served on the Bilderberg Steering Committee. His Hollinger Group has an interesting history. It was formerly known as the Argus Corporation which evolved from a company set up by the elite British intelligence unit of World War II, the Special Operations Executive, thanks to the leading economic warfare expert, Edward Plunket Taylor. He was a business partner of George Montegu Black, Conrad’s father. Both were involved in brewing in Canada and their rise paralleled that of the Bronfmans, the family of a Canadian gangster of the prohibition period. Today the Bronfmans are closely connected with that notorious Elite organization, the Anti-Defamation League.
In 1940, Edward Plunket Taylor was personally appointed by Winston Churchill to the Special Operations Executive. His cover was to chair a private company called War Supplies Ltd, which was created by the SOE. Taylor and George Montegu Black made a vast fortune through this company and it continued after the war as the Argus Corporation, now the Hollinger Group. Taylor left in 1970 to draft the banking laws for the Cayman Islands and the Bahamas which, as a result, became “offshore” havens for dodgy money. Under Conrad Black’s stewardship, a stream of Bilderbergers and other names mentioned in this book have been appointed to the board of Telegraph newspapers and the Hollinger Group. Great to know we have a free press, eh?
Another member of the Bilderberg Steering Committee is Andrew Knight, the former executive on the Economist, Black’s Daily Telegraph, and later the executive chairman of Rupert Murdoch’s News International which, in Britain, owns the Sun, Today, the News of the World, the Times and Sunday Times. Knight is still on the board of that organisation. Since 1982, he has been part of the Council of Management of the Ditchley Foundation, based at Ditchley Park, near Oxford, in a castle built for the Earl of Lichfield in the sixteenth century.
The Ditchley Foundation was given the property by Ronald and Marietta Tree. Ronald was a former high flyer in British Intelligence.38 The steering committee of the Bilderberg Group often holds its monthly meetings at the castle. The Ditchley Foundation is a New World Order front organization which works closely withthe Tavistock Institute for Human Relations in London, which a number of researchers and published works have claimed is a centre for the study of mass mind manipulation. Several of the names mentioned in this book are connected with Ditchley including Christopher (Lord) Tugendhat, the chairman of the Royal Institute of International Affairs.
The American branch of the Ditchley Foundation is run by Cyrus Vance (CFR, TC, Bil, Comm 300), secretary of state under Carter and a director of the Rockefeller Foundation. The number of journalists and media executives in the Bilderberg Group and in other strands in the network is very substantial, but try finding a word about these meetings in the mainstream media. Behind the Bilderbergers are the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers. Today Henry Kissinger is a major manipulator, albeit as a puppet of those who really control him.
Kissinger is an elite member of the Bilderberg Group, the Trilateral Commission, and the Council on Foreign Relations, and he is connected with the Royal Institute of International Affairs, the Rockefeller/Rothschild Chase Manhattan Bank, and the Rockefeller Foundation. He also runs his own organization, Kissinger Associates, among whose founding directors you will find.. .Lord Carrington! Kissinger and Carrington have close connections with Lord Roll of Ipsden, another Bilderberger, Trilateralist, member of the Committee of 300, and board member of Kissinger Associates. Lord Roll (formerly Sir Eric Roll) was the president of the merchant bank, S.G. Warburg. Another close friend of Kissinger in England was British Intelligence operative and spy, Lord Victor Rothschild.
The Spotlight newspaper in Washington (which seeks to publish material that the mainstream media will not report) is constantly seeking to infiltrate Bilderberg meetings. It had a good year in 1991 when it obtained the guest list of the meeting in Baden-Baden, Germany. Among the names were David Rockefeller and a stream of US administrators, politicians, and company heads. Bill Clinton was there, then as governor for Arkansas, but he was soon to be President of the United States.
Clinton is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission, two of many things this Democrat shares with his predecessor in the White House, the Republican, George Bush. Conrad Black was there, as always, and so was another elite Bilderberger, the longtime head of Fiat, Giovanni Agnelli (Comm 300). He is the richest and most powerful figure in Italian society with interests in banking, insurance, chemicals, textiles, armaments and publishing, reputed to be worth $60 billion. His publishing empire includes two of the three leading newspapers in Italy, La Stampa and Corriere dela Sera. I bet they don’t mention that their owner is a leading voice in the Bilderberg Group. Henry Kissinger described him as “one of the people in this world I like the most”.39
European royalty was represented by two regular attenders, Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands (Comm 300), the daughter of Prince Bernhard, and Queen Sophia of Spain. The British delegation included John Smith,40 the late leader of the Labour Party, who was also a Trilateralist; Gordon Brown, the shadow Labour Chancellor; Andrew Knight; Lord Roll of Ipsden; Lawrence Freedman, the head of the Department of War Studies at Kings College; Christopher Hogg, the chairman of Courtaulds; and Patrick Wright, the Permanent Undersecretary of State and head of the Diplomatic Service.
Manfred Worner, the late secretary general of NATO, was there and so was John R. Galvin, the Supreme Allied Commander Europe at SHAPE headquarters. Galvin has been an advocate of NATO operations outside its official sphere of influence. The secretary general of NATO is a Bilderberg appointment. Most, if not all, of them have been Bilderbergers. In more recent times, the Bilderberger Joseph Luns, was replaced by Lord Carrington, who was followed by Manfred Worner, and after his death in 1994, he was replaced by another regular Bilderberger, Willy Claes, the Belgian Foreign Minister (who has since been questioned by Belgian police investigating corruption).
The latest head of NATO, the Spaniard, Javier Solana (Bil), has been constantly pressing the Bilderberg Group agenda for a European army, the expansion of NATO into the former Soviet Union, and for NATO to operate outside its designated area. According to The Spotlight, the introduction of the world army was high on the agenda in Baden-Baden, with Henry Kissinger saying in one of his Bilderberg forums:
And, of course, Henry, if there just happened to be lots of conflicts in which UN Peacekeeping Forces were exposed as inadequate and ineffective as in Bosnia, Rwanda, etc, the public outcry could be met with: “Well, if you will just agree to give the UN Forces more powers, they could respond quicker and be as effective as you want them to be”. Problem-reaction-solution. Kissinger also said he was delighted with the way George Bush was able to declare war on Iraq by going direct to the United Nations when under the US Constitution, only Congress was allowed to declare war.
If Americans could be persuaded to surrender warmaking decisions to the UN and let their young men die wearing a UN uniform, fighting under a UN flag, ‘parochial nationalism’ in Britain, France, and elsewhere would disappear, Bilderberg speakers said, according to Spotlight informants. Bill Clinton has pressed for just such a policy in Bosnia and we will see further efforts to do this with other UN operations.
The same old names which keep coming up everywhere attended the June 1994 Bilderberg meeting in Finland. Among the invited high and mighty was Peter D. Sutherland (TC, Comm 300), the Director General of GATT, the General Agreement on Tariff and Trade, which is an Elite front to bring down trade barriers and put all countries at the mercy of the Elite-controlled world economic system. Sutherland was a perfect choice for the job as a former member of the Commission of the European Community. He was a Bilderberger before he became head of world trade. His successor as the top man at the World Trade Organization, the Italian, Renato Ruggiero, is also a Bilderberger.
Another regular Bilderberger, the Netherlands Prime Minister, Ruud Lubbers, was also there in Finland, along with bankers like J. Martin Taylor, the chief executive of Barclays Bank. Two other names of significance to British voters are Tony Blair (Labour) and Kenneth Clarke (Conservative). They attended the 1993 Bilderberg meeting in Vouliagment, Greece, where David Owen (TC) spoke about Yugoslavia and the future of Europe. Tony Blair, then the opposition home affairs spokesman, went on to become Labour leader and prime minister, while Kenneth Clarke would become the Chancellor of the Exchequer. Both support a federal Europe.
In June 1995, the Bilderberg Group met at three exclusive hotels, The Grand, The Park, and The Palace, on a mountainside at Burgenstock in Switzerland. It was a rare occasion when they met in the same place twice. Coincidentally, I was on holiday in Switzerland when the Bilderbergers gathered and I was told of the meeting by Spotlight newspaper only a few days before I arrived. I went to Burgenstock before the meeting and again on their final day of discussions. What a difference the second time! The roads and paths to the hotels were blocked by Swiss police and the military manned lookout posts across the mountain. All this for a private meeting of an organization that operates outside the ‘democratic’ process. I asked a policeman at a road block what was going on. All he could reply was “top secret, top secret”. He knew no more than that. It was a bizarre situation. I could have told the policeman what he was guarding, but he didn’t know! It illustrated brilliantly the way the global pyramid operates. The policeman appeared to be a very nice man. No doubt he had children and grandchildren and he had no desire to leave them a global fascist state. But there he was on a Swiss mountainside playing his part, unknowingly, in shielding from the public glare, the very people who are plotting to create just such a world dictatorship. The European-Atlantic Group (EAG) and The Atlantic Council (AC)
In 1954, the year the Bilderberg Group was founded, another organisation came into being, the European-Atlantic Group. Its headquarters are at 6 Gertrude Street, Chelsea, London.
The group was formed by the late Lord Layton, who was then Vice-President of the Council of Europe and it brings together members of parliament from all parties, industrialists, bankers, economists, and journalists (sound familiar?) to promote closer relations between the,
This means, to use its own words, connecting with international organisations, including The Council of Europe, NATO, OECD, the Western European Union, the European Union, the European Free Trade Association, the GATT global ‘free’ trade organisation, and the Economic Commission for Europe. And, it might add, any organisation which desires a world government or can be used to that end. Its hierarchy is dominated by the House of Lords and includes a representative of the American New World Order front, the Council on Foreign Relations.
Among the vice-presidents on the list I have from the 1990s are: Lord Carrington, chairman of the Bilderberg Group; Lord Chalfont, chairman of the House of Lords Defence Committee; Graham Dowson, joint president of the European League for European Cooperation; Douglas Fairbanks, the Council on Foreign Relations; Lord Gladwyn, president of the European Movement; Robert Maxwell (deceased), embezzler, Mossad agent, and publisher of the Daily Mirror newspaper; Sir David Nicholson, chairman of the European Movement; Derek Prag, chairman of the London Europe Society; Lord Pym, who took over as foreign secretary from Lord Carrington at the time of the Falklands War; and Lord Shawcross.
The Atlantic Council (formerly the British Atlantic Council) is a similar organisation, even down to many of the personnel. Its vice-presidents include: Lord Carrington; Lord Gladwyn; Lord Pym; Lord Shawcross; the Earl of Bessborough, a past president of the European-Atlantic Group; Lord Home, former Conservative prime minister, and past chairman of the Bilderberg Group; Edward Heath, former Conservative prime minister, Bilderberger, Trilateralist, and obsessively in favour of European union; Denis Healey; William Rogers, Bilderberger, former Labour minister, and one of the ‘gang of four’ who formed the breakaway Social Democratic Party, now the Liberal Democrats. If the Royal Institute of International Affairs were not so shy about its membership list, you would find many names active within these two organisations involved at the RIIA also, I’m sure. The European Atlantic Group and the Atlantic Council are both part of the New World Order network. The Trilateral Commission 43
The next element of the secret government network was unveiled in 1972-1973 by David Rockefeller (Comm 300), the head of the Chase Manhattan Bank, leading Bilderberger, and leading manipulator of the Council on Foreign Relations, of which he was the long-time chairman. David Rockefeller is one of the most high profile, and most obvious, New World Order manipulators on the planet, although he is really a puppet of those above him in the pyramid. He created the Trilateral Commission which, as its name suggests, is made up of three groupings - the United States, Europe, and Japan. Rockefeller was partly inspired to do this byZbigniew Brzezinski (TC, CFR, Bil), a professor at the Elite-controlled Columbia University. Brzezinski had also been researching the need for US-Europe-Japan cooperation at the Elite-controlled ‘think tank’, the Brookings Institute in Washington.
Brzezinski wrote a book called Between Two Ages: America’s Role In The Technetronic Era, in which he described a new society,
He said in the book that “national sovereignty is no longer a viable concept” and suggested the movement, in stages, “toward a larger community of the developed nations... through a variety of indirect ties and already developing limitations on national sovereignty”.
In 1990, he wrote in the Elite’s mouthpiece, the New York Times, that Europe should follow a policy “founded upon the grand concept of a trans-European commonwealth with the European Community at its core, but embracing Central Europe and being open also to eventual association with the Soviet Union”. You can see where this guy is coming from. David Rockefeller was so impressed with Brzezinski that he made him director of the Trilateral Commission, which recruited members from all areas of influence and power in the United States, Europe and Japan. Many of those recruited were already members of the Council on Foreign Relations; some were Bilderbergers, too, and others, like Henry Kissinger, were linked to all of them and the Royal Institute of International Affairs as well.
Among the seventeen people who met at the Rockefellers’ estate (Pocantico Hills in Tarrytown, New York) to plan the Trilateral Commission on July 23rd and 24th 1972, were C. Fred Bergsten (CFR, Bil), Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institute and a former Assistant for International Economic Affairs to Henry Kissinger; and McGeorge Bundy (CFR, Bil), the President of the Ford Foundation and head of the National Security Council under both John Kennedy and Lyndon Johnson.
The early funding for the Trilateral Commission came from David Rockefeller, the Ford Foundation, the Kettering Foundation, the Lilly Endowment, the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, and the Thyssen Foundation, with smaller amounts donated by organisations like General Motors, Exxon, Coca Cola, Time magazine, CBS, and the Wells Fargo Bank.45 The Commission made its headquarters at 345 East 46th Street, New York. One of the first ambitions for David Rockefeller and his Trilateral Commission was to put a commission member in the White House as President of the United States as soon as possible. He achieved this at the next election when Jimmy Carter, the Democrat peanut farmer from Georgia, beat Gerald Ford.
Carter was selected for president by Rockefeller and Brzezinski and the whole Elite network of money, media, and dirty tricks were used to ensure he was elected. Carter was another puppet president controlled by the Elite. His speeches in his election campaign were written by Brzezinski and none could have been more insulting to the truth than his acceptance speech for the Democratic nomination. In the world of politics you don’t tell people what you stand for; you tell them what they want you to stand for.
When you look at Carter’s background, what greater example of this could there be than when he spoke of:
Sure, Jimmy, sure.
He might have added at the end.. .”And quite right, too”.
Carter’s administration was awash with Trilateral Commission members. Among its ranks were Walter Mondale, the vice president; Cyrus Vance, the secretary of state; Warren Christopher, the deputy secretary of state; Harold Brown (CFR), secretary for defense; W. Michael Blumenthal (CFR), secretary of the treasury; C. Fred Bergsten (CFR, Bil), assistant secretary of the treasury for international affairs; Henry Owen (CFR), the ambassador-at-large and the president’s special representative for economic summits; Paul C. Warnke (CFR), chief disarmament negotiator; Andrew Young (CFR), ambassador to the United Nations, Paul A. Volcker (CFR, Bil), chairman of the Federal Reserve Board, and...Zbigniew Brzezinski (CFR, Bil), Carter’s national security advisor.
This was the Trilateral Administration. It became a standing joke among insiders that whenever Carter was faced with a decision or document involving foreign policy, he would say “Clear it with Brzezinski” or “Has Brzezinski seen this?”47 Paul Volcker was made head of the Federal Reserve by Carter on the instructions of David Rockefeller. It is one of the most influential posts in the Elite network, with its power to control the American economy. Volcker became the North American chairman of the Trilateral Commission and was both a Bilderberger and member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
He remained chairman of the ‘Fed’ until he was replaced during the Reagan administration by the present incumbent, Alan Greenspan, who is also a member of the TC, CFR, and Bilderberg Group. Just a coincidence, naturally. The Trilateral Commission’s influence became worldwide with its membership across the American, European and Japanese elites. Ireland was well represented on the executive committee of the TC in Europe through both Prime Minister Garret Fitzgerald (Bil) and the then little known Mary Robinson, who would go on to be the first woman President of Ireland. After I had spoken about these matters in a meeting at Totnes in South West England, a lady in the audience sought me out.
The lady, like most people in the world, had never heard of the Trilateral Commission at the time she saw the document. Who was the British Foreign Secretary at that time, I thought, during the administration of Margaret Thatcher (Bil), when Britain left Rhodesia, now Zimbabwe? It was.. .Lord Carrington, Bilderberger and member of the Trilateral Commission. He was continuing a policy put into motion by the previous Labour government of Jim Callaghan (Bil), now a president, along with Lord Carrington and Lord Jenkins (TC, Bil), of the Royal Institute of International Affairs. And who was Callaghan’s foreign secretary?
David Owen, a soon-to-be member of the Trilateral Commission who worked closely with Andrew Young, Jimmy Carter’s ambassador at the United Nations, and member of the Trilateral Commission. I remembered also that when the European Community sent an ‘ambassador’ to negotiate ‘peace’ in Bosnia, they chose...Lord Carrington. When he ‘failed’, they sent.. .David Owen. Later an ‘independent’ peace negotiator arrived on the scene from America - Jimmy Carter. And, I thought, who was foreign secretary when the policies were decided that led to the Falklands War between Britain and Argentina in 1982? Lord Carrington.
He resigned over what happened and was rewarded with the job of secretary general of NATO! Also deeply involved in the negotiations over Rhodesia and the transition from white dictatorship to dictatorship by Robert Mugabe, was Lord Soames, a director of N.M. Rothschild until 1979.
I’m sure that all these coincidences must have an innocent explanation. Its just that I can’t think of one.
The Club of Rome and the Environmental Movement
The Club of Rome was launched publicly in 1968 by the Italian Freemason, Aurelio Peccei (Comm 300), who once said to his friend, the former US Secretary of State, Alexander Haig (TC), that he felt like Adam Weishaupt reincarnated.48 Weishaupt was the man behind the modern Illuminati. Peccei was the chief executive of the Fiat Motor Company under its president and prominent Bilderberger, Giovanni Agnelli (Comm 300). The Club of Rome was created by meetings at the Rockefeller family’s private estate at Bellagio in Italy.49
It was, and is, the Club of Rome’s role to issue propaganda about the environmental crisis and use this to justify the centralization of power (problem-reaction-solution) and the suppression of industrial development in both the West and the so called Third World. It is also another ‘justification’ for population control (eugenics). Peccei was a passionate advocate of world government and his Club of Rome has produced plans for restructuring the world into five regions under the control of a central world authority. It has issued many ‘reports’, including Limits To Growth in 1972, sponsored by the Rockefellers. It was distributed as a 197-page paperback published in 18 editions and 23 languages.
Limits To Growth has been widely quoted by the environmental movement to support their arguments, but they should consider the fact that anything that comes out of the Club of Rome is part of an Elite plan to direct human thinking and persuade people to accept the goals of the New World Order. So is the Club’s “spiritual/arts” offshoot, the Club of Budapest, headed by Ervin Laszio, an associate of Aurelio Peccei. They might consider, too, the fact that Peccei later admitted that the computer used to produce their data and justification had been preprogrammed to produce the desired result. He said thishad been done because nations required ‘shock treatment’ if they were to accept population control.50
The acclaimed economist, Gunnar Myrdal, said of the Club of Rome methods:
It was under the influence and guidance of the Club of Rome and its ‘data’ that another report was produced which has had a fundamental effect on the acceleration of ‘environmentalism’. This was a study ordered by the Trilateral Commission-controlled Carter administration. On July 24th 1980, in the last months of the Carter presidency, his secretary of state, Edmund Muskie (TC, CFR), presented the Global 2000 report to the President. It painted a global picture of overpopulation, resource and food shortages, and environmental dangers which, it estimated, would cause the deaths of at least 170 million people up to the year 2000.
This was followed six months later by another report, Global Future: A Time To Act, the work of the White House Council on Environmental Quality. This called for a series of measures to respond to the crisis set out in Global 2000 and at the top of the list of responses was.. .population control through sterilization and other means. Both reports called for, in effect, the restriction of scientific development and technological transfer to developing countries and soon these policies were being lauded around the world.
Cyrus Vance (TC, CFR, Bil, Comm 300), Carter’s secretary of state before Muskie, chaired the Committee for the Year 2000 for this purpose. Vance was the man who instigated both Global 2000 and Global Future during his tenure at Carter’s State Department. In his first official speech at the United Nations in 1977, Vance rejected calls from developing countries for changes to the International Monetary Fund and the unfairness of the economic system, and instead he suggested a “.. .new world order based on environmentalism”.
I would have more confidence in the problems and solutions presented by the Club of Rome and these two US reports if the people behind them were not the very same politicians, bankers, industrialists, and academics who support and promote the policies of the Elite-controlled International Monetary Fund (IMF), Bank of International Settlements, and World Bank, which in turn, are responsible for the death, starvation, and suffering of billions of people across the planet.
One of the architects of the Global 2000 Report was Robert McNamara (TC, CFR, Bil), a former president of the World Bank, the policies of which have wreaked environmental and human genocide in the Third World! I would have more confidence if these ‘environmental messiahs’ were not the same people who suppress the introduction of known technologies, such as free energy technology,52 which could in a few years replace today’s fossil-fuel-burning environmental carnage. I differ from those who say there is no environmental crisis and that the whole thing is a propaganda creation. I think we are inflicting appalling wounds to Planet Earth and if we go on as we are there will be serious consequences, indeed there already are. What I feel, however, is that these wounds are being knowingly inflicted by the Elite, and no doubt in certain areas, exaggerated for propaganda purposes to create yet another global problem-reaction-solution scenario.
If those behind all this really cared about the environment and the lives of those who suffer so terribly from the present system, they would be releasing the suppressed technologies which would dramatically reduce the damage which is being wreaked upon the Earth. Reports like Global 2000, Global Future, and those produced by the Elite/Club of Rome, base their findings on what they call ‘current trends’. But what are ‘current trends’? They are only the result of the current policies of the Elite manipulators. Change the policies and you change both the ‘trends’ and the recommendations on how to react to the ‘trends’.
The rape of the Third World environment creates dependency by billions of people on the Elite controlled economic system, as their ability to live sustainably without outside ‘support’ is destroyed. Environmental damage is therefore terrible for the mass of humanity, but an excellent tool for the Elite’s ambitions. Change these policies and change the ‘trends’ (environmentally-created dependency) and you make irrelevant the ‘solutions’ suggested in Club of Rome reports. But funnily enough, such reports never call for an end to Elite policies, because these publications are part of them.
Most environmentalists are genuinely campaigning for what they believe to be right, but there are some who are knowingly working to the New World Order agenda and I must say I am less than convinced when I hear people like Al Gore (CFR), the vice president to Bill Clinton (TC, CFR, Bil), being presented as an ‘environmentalist’. I would take his concern for the environment and humanity a little more seriously if he had not been one of the Democrats who voted with George Bush’s Republicans in favour of the war in the Gulf in 1991, and had his environmental policies not come straight off the pages of Club of Rome and Global 2000 reports. I was an environmental campaigner throughout the 1980s and became a national spokesman for the British Green Party, so I can see how many of the responses of the environmental movement resulted from the Club of Rome, Global 2000, approach to both problems and solutions.
I am still an environmental campaigner, but now from a much, much, wider perspective and I can appreciate how the ‘green movement’ is being manipulated to promote the New World Order. When, for instance, the green movement presents wind power and wave power as alternative forms of energy to fossil fuels, this so lacks credibility that there appears to be no choice but to continue to exploit the planet and create pollution. This is helping to obscure the fact that free energy technology exists. I can also see today how the pressure for population control is, and always has been, promoted by the Elite to justify a policy of eugenics.
The theme of these various environmental reports is that economic growth must end, something with which much of the environmental movement would agree. So would I, in fact. As with everything, I feel, we need to look at the shades of grey if we are to find the truth of any situation. On one side you have the environmentalists who challenge growth and on the other you have some of those who are investigating the New World Order conspiracy, who say the environmental problems are all a hoax. I see the truth in the middle somewhere.
Yes, there are environmental problems, but the questions we need to ask are these: Have the environmental problems been created deliberately, largely to produce a situation of problem-reaction-solution? And are at least aspects of the ‘environmental crisis’ being deliberately emphasized and exaggerated to quicken the problem-reaction-solution response by the public? I believe the answer to both questions is yes.
We can look in the same way at economic growth. Some say it has to stop, some say there are no limits to growth. But what is growth? It is merely the measurement of the amount of money that is spent for goods and services in any year. This figure - what we call Gross National Product (GNP) or Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Therefore ‘growth’ is the sum total of all the positive and negative events in the world every year that involve money being spent, that’s all. The money spent on improving the quality of people’s lives and that spent on wars, road accidents, and responding to oil tanker catastrophes are all measured exactly the same by this system, because all are adding to the economic tally - GDP.
This is plainly farcical. What we call growth tells us nothing, except how absurd our economic indicators are. When we speak of an end to growth or we say there are no limits to growth, we have to ask “What kind of growth? And the growth of what?” Of course there are limits to growth if you are talking about the constant expansion of what we take from the planet and throw at her in pollution. But, when the true understanding of physics and technology is revealed and introduced in our everyday lives, we will see that this suppressed knowledge can give us the warmth and power we need for a comfortable life for all the peoples of the world without dismantling the planet.
Under this system, the growth in take-make-and-throwaway and mine-burn-pollute can slow down and end, while - at the same time - everyone in the world has a better, not a more primitive standard of life. The end to growth in take-make-and throwaway and the expansion of better living conditions for all are not a contradiction. They are made possible by ending the suppression of scientific knowledge that will solve the environmental and human ‘problems’ which have been engineered to control us. What is clear is that the use of environmentalism to justify centralized control continues apace. Working to this end alongside the Club of Rome is the United Nations.
In February 1972, an advertisement sponsored by the Rockefeller/CFR-controlled World Association of World Federalists 53 appeared in The Humanist, the magazine of the American Humanist (this-world-is-all-there-is) Association. Note the use of words like problem and solution. It said:
The timing is interesting here. 1972 was the year of the publication of the Club of Rome’s Limits To Growth report. The troops were being gathered for the battle. It was a battle to persuade the public that there was a global environmental problem in need of a global - centralized - solution. The momentum generated from that UN Environmental Conference led to just such an Environmental Agency, the UN Environment Programme (UNEP). The first executive director was a Canadian, Maurice Strong (Comm 300), a millionaire oilman and former trustee of the Rockefeller Foundation. He had been the secretary-general of the Stockholm conference and is a major voice in the Club of Rome.
Strong and David Rockefeller wrote the foreword for a Trilateral Commission book, Beyond Interdependence: The Meshing Of The World’s Economy And The Earth’s Ecology.54 Among the co-authors was Strong’s friend and fellow Canadian, Jim MacNeill, who had advised him at Stockholm. They were also both members of the World Commission on Environment and Development and MacNeill, as secretary general of that organization, played a leading role in writing the report called Our Common Future, another tome constantly quoted by the environmental movement. It is also known as The Brundtland Report, after the prime minister of Norway, Gro Harlam Brundtland, who put her name to it. She is an enthusiastic supporter of the European Union and population control measures. Her husband, Arne Olav Brundtland, is a Bilderberger.
In 1992 came the much-heralded United Nations Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, which brought together the heads of world governments and the best known environmentalists, such as Britain’s Jonathan Porritt, the former head of UK Friends of the Earth and now advisor to Prince Charles. The secretary general of the Rio Summit was, well I never,.. .Maurice Strong, David Rockefeller’s green friend. Strong was advised by Rockefeller’s other green buddy.. Jim MacNeill.
Beyond Interdependence, the Trilateral Commission’s environmental offering, was published in preparation for Rio, as was Global Economics And The Environment by the Council on Foreign Relations. The theme was.. .centralization of control to protect the world. Maurice Strong is President of the World Federation of United Nations Associations, co-chairman of the World Economic Forum, and a member of the Club of Rome, among countless other bodies steeped in the New World Order. Strong is using the environment to justify centralization of power. Another well-known green face behind the Rio Summit wasLester R. Brown, the ‘anti-establishment’ head of the Worldwatch Institute in Washington.
His dislike for the establishment does not, however, prevent him being a member of the CFR. His Institute publishes the annual State Of The World reportsdetailing the demise of the global environment. The 1989 version on my own bookshelf tells me that:
I can’t claim to have been surprised. In his State Of The World 1991, Brown said:
There had obviously been a mobilization by the Elite to speak with the same voice and also to use those environmentalists - by no means all - who don’t know they are being manipulated. David Rockefeller (Comm 300), Henry Kissinger (Comm 300), Francois Mitterand (Comm 300), Willy Brandt (Comm 300),Mikhail Gorbachev, and so many more all parroted the party line on the environment, which, put succinctly, was global crisis = global solution.
Gorbachev, well-schooled by his friends Rockefeller and Kissinger, suddenly began to speak passionately of the environment. He said:
The New York Times columnist, Flora Lewis (CFR) welcomed Gorbachev’s call to instigate a “plan for a global code of environmental conduct.. .[which would] have an aspect of world government, because it would provide for the World Court to judge states”.57 The secret government network has so many members in the media that there is never a problem finding support for its manoeuvrings from that direction.
There are environmental problems, most of them due to Elite policies, but be very careful before you accept the propaganda of the environmental centralisers. It’s your mind they are after. I would suggest that it is very much worth someone looking into the major funders of environmental organizations and the background to their front people to see if any links with the Elite network exist.
The Club of Rome and Population Control
Another sinister aspect of the Club of Rome and the super dupers planning the Elite’s ‘green’ campaign is their use of the environment to promote population control - eugenics. It is plainly true, as the New World Order promoters say, that there is a limit to the number of human beings who can live on this planet. You can’t argue with that because when there is a human being for every square foot of the Earth, there will be clearly too many. So there are limits.
But again we need to ask questions here. How many is too many? Would the comfortable carrying capacity of the Earth be far greater if the industrial and banking elite were not destroying the food-growing potential of the Third World and if suppressed scientific and technological understanding were made available to everyone? Have the projected future numbers been purposely exaggerated to justify a policy of global eugenics?
The answers to those questions, I believe, are: more than we have now; yes; and yes. When you read the findings of the Club of Rome publications and others like Global 2000, and you look at the people behind them and their history of support for eugenics, its not hard to appreciate that these reports are really excuses for the culling of those areas of the world population considered to be of inferior stock, i.e. the non-white peoples and even those considered inferior among the whites.
In political language it comes out something like this:
Those words were spoken by Robert McNamara (CFR, TC, Bil), one of the men behind the Global 2000 report.
At the centre of all this is again the name Rockefeller. In 1952, after decades of funding and supporting eugenics, John D. Rockefeller III established his Population Council, which still exists today. This Elite-front has been calling for zero population growth in the United States and, in the words of its 1979 annual report:
Malthusianism is named after Thomas Robert Malthus, the guy I mentioned in the last chapter. He was a paid agent of the British East India Company, which inflicted opium on the Chinese. His population theories were designed to justify the need to keep down the lesser genetic stock, whom he saw as little more than animals.
Officials of the Population Council were strongly represented among the ‘outside consultants’ called in by the authors of Global 2000 and Global Future. The head of the Global 2000 task force appointed by Cyrus Vance was Gerald O. Barney, the supervisor of another Rockefeller environment/ population control study, The Unfinished Agenda. Other agencies which supported the preparation of the report included The World Wildlife Fund,60 headed by Prince Philip (Bil) and backed by Prince Charles (Bil), Prince Bernhard (Bil), and the Hapsburg Family; the Institute for World Order, created by C. Douglas Dillon under the direction of Bertrand Russell (Comm 300); and the Draper Fund-Population Crisis Committee established by the eugenics promoter, William Draper; and the Elite-controlled Aspen Institute.
In 1965, an organization inspired by the Council on Foreign Relations was launched called the Agenda 2000 group. This produced a report coauthored by Zbigniew Brzezinski (TC, CFR, Bil) which called for an end to population growth in the Third World. The same year, George Ball (TC, CFR, Bil), the then Undersecretary of State for Economic Affairs in the Johnson Administration, appointed a task force to investigate the ‘problem’ of population growth. Appointed to the task force, which later became the Office of Population Affairs, were...Cyrus Vance (TC, CFR, Bil, Comm 300), who instigated the Global 2000 Report to the President, and Richard Gardner (TC, CFR, Comm 300) who would later become ambassador to Italy for Jimmy Carter and United Nations advisor to President Bill Clinton.
Look how those demanding a New World Order of centralised global political and economic control are also those who want population control - eugenics. This is the thinking behind the Club of Rome and the Global 2000 Report, which are so often quoted by the environmental movement! Wars have been used blatantly and without mercy to enforce population control in non-white countries. Two of the main US military commanders in Vietnam were Maxwell Taylor and William Westmoreland, both members of the Population Crisis Committee-Draper Fund and committed to population control. The genocide by Pol Pot in Cambodia was one of the most obvious examples of the culling of a non-white population. Millions died as an estimated 32 per cent of the Cambodian population were murdered.61
There were many people responsible for this, including Henry Kissinger, a winner of the Nobel Peace Prize. Kissinger, a legendary supporter of the Chinese communist regime, has been the key voice in American-Chinese relations since the time of Richard Nixon. His attempts to undermine the established order were highlighted in 1969 when he and his president authorized the illegal bombing of Cambodia. They used the excuse that they were attacking North Vietnamese troops stationed there during the Vietnam War.
This genocide was the subject of an article of impeachment against Nixon put to the House Judiciary Committee in 1974 in the wake of Watergate, but it was defeated. Kissinger always claimed the Khmer Rouge were the agency of the North Vietnamese when in fact Kissinger’s Red China was behind them. Using the excuse of attacking the Khmer Rouge to stop their assault on the Cambodian capital, Phnom Penh, the US forces launched a campaign of terror bombing on that country. Nearly 80,000 bombing sorties by B-52s and F-111s have been officially confirmed and they dropped 539,129 tons of explosives.
The number of Cambodian dead is estimated at anything at between 30,000 and 500,000.62 But the biggest carnage was still to come because the devastation caused by the Kissinger-Nixon policy made the takeover by Pol Pot and the Khmer Rouge inevitable. The US ‘ambassador’ to Red China during this period, the man who communicated between the communist regime and his boss, Henry Kissinger, was George Bush.63 Cambodia was, at least in part, about population culling, in my view.
Kissinger took over from Averell Harriman as the ‘shuttle-diplomat’ of the Elite. Kissinger is always flitting around, manipulating the American administration and foreign governments. In 1969 he was head of both the State Department and the National Security Council in the Nixon Administration. Nixon may have been officially president, but Kissinger ran the government. At his suggestion, Nixon named Laurance Rockefeller (TC, CFR, Bil) to lead a special commission on population growth.
This recommended in 1972 that population control be introduced in America (i.e. among the ‘lesser’ stock). After discussions with the Club of Rome, of which he is a prominent member, Kissinger later established two other population control organizations within the departments of government which he controlled with an iron fist. In the years 1968 to 1977, the USAID programme for expenditure on health projects dropped by $40 million, while those directed at population control went up by $100 million. In 1974, Kissinger and the Rhodes Scholar, Brent Scowcroft (CFR, TC, Bil), supervised the production of the National Security Study Memorandum 200, called Implications Of Worldwide Population Growth For US Security And Overseas Interests. It has now been declassified and reveals some of the true motivations behind America’s enthusiasm for population reduction in the developing world.
Continued population growth in these regions, the document said, would increase their political, economic, and military power in a number of these countries and would lead to an increase in demands for sovereign control of resources and to anti-imperial movements. This is a long-winded way of saying that these countries would wish to run their economies for their own benefit and not America’s.
Plans therefore had to be developed, it said, to remove opposition to population control. The countries the Kissinger-Scowcroft memorandum highlighted for special attention were India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nigeria, Mexico, Indonesia, Brazil, the Philippines, Thailand, Egypt, Turkey, Ethiopia, and Colombia. Look at what has happened in these countries since 1974.
In the Memorandum, Kissinger said that the truth behind the motivation for population control had to be kept secret from the leaders of these countries:
In the early 70s, Kissinger asked the State Department’s Office of Population Affairs to produce a study targeting Central/South America and Africa. This led, to a considerable degree, to the engineering of ‘civil wars’ in the countries of Central America and Africa which have caused so much famine, death, and suffering beyond imagination.
It was a means to reduce the targeted population of the world, as are designer diseases. The US-Kissinger (Elite) policy was articulated by Thomas Ferguson, the Latin American case officer for the Office of Population Affairs. He said:

I know it’s horrible to know that anyone can see life in such terms, but Mr Ferguson is outlining very well the attitude of the Elite, its US State Department, and the Club of Rome. When prominent environmentalists stand in front of crowds of non-white peoples in the Third World telling television cameras that we must have population control, they are helping the Elite’s agenda. Some will know that, many will not, but the effect is the same. I am in favour of all peoples having the choice not to conceive children if that is their wish.
Choice, however, is not a word the manipulators can spell. Again look at the timing of the launch for so many of the population control initiatives by Kissinger and others: the late 60s and early 70s, just as the Club of Rome was getting started.
Coinciding with the Club’s beginnings in 1968, came the book by Professor Paul R. Ehrlich, The Population Bomb, which has sold upwards of 20 million copies. In that he said:
Ehrlich was a biologist at the Elite-controlled Stanford University and his wife, Anne, was a member of the Club of Rome.67 He said that compulsory birth control could be imposed by governments via the addition of “temporary sterilants to water supplies or staple food”.68 Shortly, when we come to the “Report from Iron Mountain,” you will see the even greater relevance of this statement. The ‘brutal and tough-minded’ decisions which Ehrlich said would be required are evident in Henry Kissinger’s much-loved abode, China. It was here that the one-child-per-family policy was implemented and paid for directly, or indirectly, by the United Nations.
Western and Chinese observers have spoken of seeing thousands of women “rounded up and forced to have abortions”; of women “locked in detention centres or hauled before mass rallies and harangued into consenting to abortions”; of “vigilantes abducting pregnant women on the streets, hauling them off, sometimes handcuffed and trussed, to abortion clinics”. There are much worse stories even than those. The United Nations network of organizations is awash with interlinked population control policies and eugenics. Behind them all is the Elite’s secret government. When the UN secretary general, U Thant, started the UN Fund for Population Activities, it was administered by one Paul Hoffman (CFR, Bil), a US chief of foreign aid, trustee of the Institute of Pacific Relations and administrator of the Ford Foundation funds. He was also a member of the London-Wall Street financial clique.
Professor Jacqueline Kasun, an outspoken opponent of UN population policies in her book, The War Against Population, revealed the network of agencies linked to the UN Fund for Population:
The Elite’s World Bank, which is supposed to make grants to help the development of the poorer countries, also has population control at the top of its agenda. In 1992, the World Bank President, Lewis Preston (CFR) said at the Rio Earth Summit that he would increase substantially the bank’s support for population control - later pledging to double the money made available. The bank’s International Safe Motherhood Initiative is a joint project with the International Planned Parenthood Federation, Family Care International, the Population Council (funded by US government aid programmes), and other agencies. These include several from the UN such as the Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and the World Health Organisation (WHO). This ‘initiative’ involves forced birth control on pain of economic reprisals.
As President Preston said, the Safe Motherhood agenda would be “integrated into the bank’s policy dialogue with developing countries”. Cut your population or you get no cash. There, Mr Preston, that’s a simpler way to put it. Robert McNamara (TC, CFR, Bil), the head of the World Bank in the 1970s, is a vehement campaigner for population control.
This is the mindset of the organisation which controls ‘development’ funding in the Third World.
So the Club of Rome and its associated connections within the United Nations, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, and nation governments has the role in the network to promote the use of the environment to demand centralised control and eugenics. The Club of Rome was launched publicly in 1968, just a few years after a group of invited ‘experts’ met in the United States to prepare a report which, it is plain to see, was to inspire the sort of policies I’ve just described. The Report from Iron Mountain 70
This was the secret report of the Special Study Group of fifteen people brought together during the Kennedy years. The proposal for the study group came around 1961 and it was established in August 1963. Among those assembled is claimed by some researchers to have been John Kenneth Galbraith (CFR), the Keynesian economist. The first and last meetings were at Iron Mountain, an underground facility near the town of Hudson, New York.
It is a place where important documents are stored and the base for the emergency corporate headquarters for corporations like Standard Oil of New Jersey (the Rockefellers, Exxon), Manufacturers Hanover Trust (Rothschilds), and Shell. The content of the report was revealed by one of the group who believed the public should know what it contained. This group member had the code name ‘John Doe’ and his friend, Leonard C. Lewin, produced a document summarizing the Iron Mountain report. I have a copy of this.71 It says that the idea for the study came from members of the Kennedy Administration like Robert McNamara (TC, CFR, Bil), McGeorge Bundy (TC, CFR, Bil), and Dean Rusk (TC, CFR, Bil).
The brief was to study the implications of a world without war while still maintaining the control of the population wielded by war and the fear of war. Part of the report said:
Remember this was the 1960s. More than thirty years have passed since then and such an ‘indicated immediate step’ was ‘already under development’. So what the hell is going on today in our water supplies and essential foodstuffs, both of which are largely controlled by Elite companies? Also, just look again at whatProfessor Paul Ehrlich said in his book, The Population Bomb, published two years after this secret report was completed in 1966. He said that governments could enforce birth control by the addition of “temporary sterilants to water supplies or staple food...”. Yet another amazing coincidence. The Report From Iron Mountain laid out the functions of war which new policies would have to replace:
Very nice, I’m sure. So what did these ‘experts’ suggest as alternatives to further world wars? Unite the people behind the controllers under the threat of war or some other form of destruction and keep them in a permanent state of fear, therefore dependent on their perceived ‘saviours’. In the light of this need to control without world war, the Report From Iron Mountain proposed the following for consideration:
All of these things have emerged since the report was completed. There you see the proposal for the environmental threat/eugenics scenario which was to follow very soon afterwards. The report called for the establishment of a secret War/Peace Research Agency using “unaccountable funds” which would study both the peace and war options. Among the research required, said the report, was the,
This is the deeply imbalanced state of mind behind those who promote and manipulate into being the New World Order, and conflicts are created to fit in with this plan - the war in the former Yugoslavia being another example.
In this chapter, I have described the network of Round Table-Royal Institute of International Affairs-Council on Foreign Relations-Bilderberg Group-Trilateral Commission-United Nations-European Union-Club of Rome, which together constitute a secret government of the world acting outside and above what laughably passes as the ‘democratic process’.
I have further shown that the members of these groups follow a long tradition of manipulators working from the same agenda of world government, central bank, currency, and army, and a genetically engineered, microchipped population.
But the organization behind the New World Order coup d’etat is far wider and more complex than this network of front organizations. They are a vital part, but only a part, of the Pyramid of Deceit. It is on that pyramid the spotlight will now be turned.

PERSPECTIVE
Many sources of information were used to research this chapter.
I originally wrote this piece as a research paper. It was first delivered at the MUFON Symposium on July 2,1989, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Most of this knowledge comes directly from, or is a result of my own research into the TOP SECRET/MAJIC material which I saw and read between the years 1970 and 1973 as a member of the Intelligence Briefing Team of the Commander in Chief of the Pacific Fleet.
Since some of this information was derived from sources that I cannot divulge for obvious reasons, and from published sources which I cannot vouch for, this chapter must be termed a hypothesis. I firmly believe that if aliens are real, this is the true nature of the Beast. It is the only scenario that has been able to bind all the diverse elements. It is the only scenario that answers all the questions and places the various fundamental mysteries in an arena that makes sense.
It is the only explanation which shows the chronology of events and demonstrates that the chronologies, when assembled, match perfectly. The bulk of this I believe to be true if the material that I viewed in the Navy is authentic. As for the rest, I do not know, and that is why this paper must be termed a hypothesis.
Most historic and current available evidence supports this hypothesis.
Before Majestic 12 During the years following World War II the government of the United States was confronted with a series of events which were to change beyond prediction its future and with it the future of humanity. These events were so incredible that they defied belief. A stunned President Truman and his top military commanders found themselves virtually impotent after having just won the most devastating and costly war in history. The United States had developed, used, and was the only nation on earth in possession of the atomic bomb. This new weapon had the potential to destroy any enemy, and even the Earth itself. At that time the United States had the best economy, the most advanced technology, the highest standard of living, exerted the most influence, and fielded the largest and most powerful military forces in history. We can only imagine the con- fusion and concern when the informed elite of the United States Government discovered that an alien spacecraft piloted by insect-like beings from totally incomprehensible culture had crashed in the desert of New Mexico. Between January 1947 and December 1952 at least 16 crashed or downed alien craft, 65 alien bodies, and 1 live alien were recovered. An additional alien craft had exploded and nothing was recovered from that incident. Of these events, 13 occurred within the borders of the United States, not including the craft which disintegrated in the air.
Of these 13, 1 was in Arizona, 11 were in New Mexico, and 1 was in Nevada. Three occurred in foreign countries. Of those, 1 was in Norway and the last 2 were in Mexico. Sightings of UFOs were so numerous that serious investigation and debunking of each report became impossible, utilizing the existing intelligence assets.
Alien-Earth Presence
An alien craft was found on February 13, 1948, on a mesa near Aztec, New Mexico. Another craft was located on March 25, 1948, in White Sands Proving Ground. It was 100 feet in diameter.
A total of 17 alien bodies were recovered from those two crafts. Of even greater significance was the discovery of a large number of human body parts stored within both of these vehicles. A demon had reared its head and paranoia quickly took hold of everyone then "in the know." The Secret lid immediately became a Top Secret lid and was screwed down tight. The security blanket was even tighter than that imposed upon the Manhattan Project. In the coming years these events were to become the most closely guarded secrets in the history of the world.
A special group of America's top scientists were organized under the name Project SIGN in December 1947 to study the phenomenon. The whole nasty business was contained. Project SIGN evolved into Project GRUDGE in December 1948. A low-level collection and disinformation project named BLUE BOOK was formed under GRUDGE. Sixteen volumes were to come out of GRUDGE.
"Blue Teams" were put together to recover the crashed disks and dead or live aliens. The Blue Teams were later to evolve into Alpha Teams under Project POUNCE. During these early years the United States Air Force and the Central intelligence Agency exercised complete control over the "alien secret." In fact, the CIA was formed by Presidential Executive Order first as the Central Intelligence Group for the express purpose of dealing with the alien presence. Later the National Security Act was passed, establishing it as the Central Intelligence Agency.
The National Security Council was established to oversee the intelligence community and especially the alien endeavor.
A series of National Security Council memos and Executive orders removed the CIA from the sole task of gathering foreign intelligence and slowly but thoroughly "legalized" direct action in the form of covert activities at home and abroad.
Intelligence Gathering
On December 9, 1947, Truman approved issuance of NSC-4, entitled "Coordination of Foreign Intelligence Information Measures" at the urging of Secretaries Marshall, Forrestal, Patterson, and the director of the State Department's Policy Planning Staff, George Kennan.
The Foreign and Military Intelligence, Book 1, "Final Report of the Select Committee to Study Governmental operations with respect to Intelligence Activities," United States Senate, 94th Congress, 2nd Session, Report No. 94-755, April 26,1976, p. 49, states: "This directive empowered the Secretary of State to coordinate overseas information activities designed to counter communism." A Top Secret annex to NSC-4, NSC-4A, instructed the director of Central Intelligence to undertake covert psychological activities in pursuit of the aims set forth in NSC-4. The initial authority given the CIA for covert operations under NSC-4A did not establish formal procedures for either coordinating or approving these operations. It simply directed the DCI to "undertake covert actions and to ensure, through liaison with State and Defense, that the resulting operations were consistent with American policy." Later NSC-10/1 and NSC-10/2 were to supersede NSC-4 and NSC-4A and expand the covert abilities even further. The Office of Policy Coordination (OPC) was chartered to carry out an expanded program of covert activities. NSC-10/1 and NSC-10/2 validated illegal and extralegal practices and procedures as being agreeable to the national security leadership. The reaction was swift. In the eyes of the intelligence community "no holds were barred."
Under NSC-10/1 an Executive Coordination Group was established to review, but not approve, covert project proposals. The ECG was secretly tasked to coordinate the alien projects. NSC-10/1 & /2 were interpreted to mean that no one at the top wanted to know about anything until it was over and successful.
These actions established a buffer between the President and the information. It was intended that this buffer serve as a means for the President to deny knowledge if leaks divulged the true state of affairs. This buffer was used in later years for the purpose of effectively isolating succeeding Presidents from any knowledge of the alien presence other than what the Secret Government and the intelligence community wanted them to know.
NSC-10/2 established a study panel which met secretly and was made up of the scientific minds of the day. The study panel was not called MJ-12. Another NSC memo, NSC-10/5 further outlined the duties of the study panel.
These NSC memos and secret Executive orders set the stage for the creation of MJ-12 only four years later.
First Victim of the Cover-up
Secretary of Defense James Forrestal objected to the secrecy. He was a very idealistic and religious man. He believed that the public should be told. James Forrestal was also one of the first known abductees. When he began to talk to leaders of the opposition party and leaders of the Congress about the alien problem he was asked to resign by Truman. He expressed his fears to many people. Rightfully, he believed that he was being watched. This was interpreted by those who were ignorant of the facts as paranoia. Forrestal later was said to have suffered a mental breakdown. He was ordered to the mental ward of Bethesda Naval Hospital. In spite of the fact that the Administration had no authority to have him committed, the order was carried out. In fact, it was feared that Forrestal would begin to talk again.
He had to be isolated and discredited. His family and friends were denied permission to visit. Finally, on May 21, 1949, Forrestal's brother made a fateful decision. He notified authorities that he intended to remove James from Bethesda on May 22. Sometime in the early morning of May 22,1949, agents of the CIA tied a sheet around James Forrestal's neck, fastened the other end to a fixture in his room, then threw James Forrestal out the window. The sheet tore and he plummeted to his death. James
Forrestal's secret diaries were confiscated by the CIA and were kept in the White House for many years. Due to public demand the diaries were eventually rewritten and published in a sanitized version. The real diary information was later furnished by the CIA in book form to an agent who published the material as fiction. The name of the agent is Whitley Strieber and the book is Majestic.
James Forrestal became one of the first victims of the cover-up.
EBE
The live alien that had been found wandering in the desert from the 1949 Roswell crash was named EBE. The name had been suggested by Dr. Vannevar Bushand was short for Extraterrestrial Biological Entity. EBE had a tendency to lie, and for over a year would give only the desired answer to questions asked. Those questions which would have resulted in an undesirable answer went unanswered. At some point during the second year of captivity he began to open up. The information derived from EBE was startling, to say the least. This compilation of his revelations became the foundation of what would later be called the "Yellow Book."
Photographs were taken of EBE which, among others, I was to view years later Project Grudge. In late 1951 EBE became ill. Medical personnel had been unable to determine the cause of EBE's illness and had no background from which to draw. EBE's system was chlorophyll-based and he processed food into energy much the same as plants. Waste material was excreted the same as plants.
Several experts were called in to study the illness. These specialists included medical doctors, botanists, and entomologists. A botanist, Dr. Guillermo Mendoza, was brought in to try and help him recover. Dr. Mendoza worked to save EBE until June 2, 1952, when EBE died. Dr. Mendoza became the expert on at least this type alien of biology. The movie E.T. is the thinly disguised story of EBE.
In a futile attempt to save EBE and to gain favor with this technologically superior race, the United States began broadcasting a call for help early in 1952 into the vast regions of space. The call went unanswered but the project, dubbed SIGMA, continued as an effort of good faith.
Creation of the NSA
President Truman created the supersecret National Security Agency (NSA) by secret Executive order on November 4,1952.
Its primary purpose was to decipher the alien communications, language, and establish a dialogue with the extraterrestrials. This most urgent task was a continuation of the earlier effort. The secondary purpose of the NSA was to monitor all communications and emissions from any and all electronic devices worldwide for the purpose of gathering intelligence, both human and alien, and to contain the secret of the alien presence. Project SIGMA was successful.
The NSA also maintains communications with the Luna base and other secret space programs. By executive order of the President, the NSA is exempt from all laws which do not specifically name the NSA in the text of the law as being subject to that law. That means that if the agency is not spelled out in the text of any and every law passed by the Congress it is not subject to that or those laws.
The NSA now performs many other duties and in fact is the premier agency within the intelligence network. Today the NSA receives approximately 75% of the monies allotted to the intelligence community. The old saying "where the money goes therein the power resides" is true. The DCI today is a figurehead maintained as a public ruse. The primary task of the NSA is still alien communications, but now includes other extraterrestrial projects as well.
President Truman had been keeping our allies, including the Soviet Union, informed of the developing alien problem. This had been done in case the aliens turned out to be a threat to the human race. Plans were formulated to defend the Earth in case of invasion. Great difficulty was encountered in maintaining international secrecy. It was decided that an outside group was necessary to coordinate and control international efforts in order to hide the secret from the normal scrutiny of governments by the press.
The result was the formation of a secret ruling body which became known as the Bilderberger Group. The group was formed and met for the first time in 1952. They were named after the first publicly known meeting place, the Bilderberg Hotel. That public meeting took place in 1954. They were nicknamed The Bilderbergers. The headquarters of this group is Geneva, Switzerland. The Bilderbergers evolved into a secret world government that now controls everything. The United Nations was then, and is now, an international joke.
A New President
Beginning in 1953 a new president occupied the White House. He was a man used to a structured staff organization with a chain of command. His method was to delegate authority and rule by committee. He made major decisions, but only when his advisors were unable to come to a consensus. His normal method was to read through or listen to several alternatives and then approve one.
Those who worked closely with him have stated that his favorite comment was, "Just do whatever it takes." He spent a lot of time on the golf course. This was not unusual for a man who had been career Army with the ultimate position of Supreme Allied Commander during the war, a post which had earned him five stars.
The President was General of the Army Dwight David Eisenhower.
During his first year in office, 1953, at least 10 more crashed discs were recovered along with 26 dead and 4 live aliens. Of the 10,4 were found in Arizona, 2 in Texas, 1 in New Mexico, 1 in Louisiana, 1 in Montana, and 1 in South Africa. There were hundreds of sightings. Eisenhower knew that he had to wrestle and beat the alien problem. He knew that he could not do it by revealing the secret to the Congress, Early in 1953 the new President turned to his friend and fellow member of the Council on Foreign Relations Nelson Rockefeller. Eisenhower and Rockefeller began planning the secret structure of alien-task supervision, which was to become a reality within one year.
The idea for MJ-12 was thus born.
It was Nelson's uncle Winthrop Aldrich who had been crucial in convincing Eisenhower to run for President. The whole Rockefeller family and with them, the Rockefeller empire, had solidly backed Ike. Eisenhower belonged heart and soul to the Council on Foreign Relations and the Rockefeller family. Asking Rockefeller for help with the alien problem was to be the biggest mistake Eisenhower ever made for the future of the United States and maybe for humanity.
Within one week of Eisenhower's election he had appointed Nelson Rockefeller chairman of a Presidential Advisory Committee on Government Organization. Rockefeller was responsible for planning the reorganization of the government, something he had dreamed of for many years. New Deal programs went into one single cabinet position called the Department of Health, Education and Welfare. When the Congress approved the new Cabinet position in April 1953, Nelson was named to the post of Undersecretary to Oveta Culp Hobby.
Heading For Earth
In 1953 astronomers discovered large objects in space which were tracked moving toward the Earth. It was first believed that they were asteroids. Later evidence proved that the objects could only be spaceships. Project SIGMA intercepted alien radio communications. When the objects reached the Earth they took up a very high geosynchronous orbit around the equator. There were several huge ships, and their actual intent was unknown.
Project SIGMA and a new project, PLATO, through radio communications using the computer binary language, were able to arrange a landing that resulted in face-to-face contact with alien beings from another planet. This landing took place in the desert. The movie, Close Encounters of the Third Kind is a fictionalized version of the actual events. Project PLATO was tasked with establishing diplomatic relations with this race of space aliens. A hostage was left with us as a pledge that they would return and formalize a treaty.
In the meantime, a race of humanoid aliens landed at Homestead Air Force Base in Florida and successfully communicated with the U.S. government. This group warned us against the race orbiting the equator and offered to help us with our spiritual development. They demanded that we dismantle and destroy our nuclear weapons as the major condition. They refused to exchange technology citing that we were spiritually unable to handle the technology we already possessed. These overtures were rejected on the grounds that it would be foolish to disarm in the face of such an uncertain future. There was no track record to read from. It may have been an unfortunate decision. A third landing at Muroc, now Edwards Air Force Base, took place in 1954. The base was closed for three days and no one was allowed to enter or leave during that time. The historical event had been planned in advance. Details of a treaty had been agreed upon. Eisenhower arranged to be in Palm Springs on vacation.
On the appointed day the President was spirited to the base. The excuse was given to the press that he was visiting a dentist. Witnesses to the event have stated that three UFOs flew over the base and then landed. Antiaircraft batteries were undergoing live-fire training and the startled personnel actually fired at the crafts as they passed overhead. Luckily, the shells missed and no one was injured.
Formal Treaty Signed
President Eisenhower met with the aliens on February 20, 1954, and a formal treaty between the alien nation and the United States of America was signed. We then received our first alien ambassador from outer space. He was the hostage that had been left at the first landing in the desert. His name and title was His Omnipotent Highness Crilll or Krilll, pronounced Crill or Krill. In the American tradition of disdain for royal titles he was secretly called Original Hostage Crlll, or Krlll. Shortly after this meeting President Eisenhower suffered a heart attack. Four others present at the meeting were Franklin Allen of the Hearst newspapers, Edwin Nourse of Brookings Institute, Gerald Light of metaphysical research fame, and Catholic Bishop MacIntyre of Los Angeles. Their reaction was judged as a microcosm of what the public reaction might be. Based upon this reaction, it was decided that the public could not be told. Later studies confirmed the decision as sound.
An emotionally revealing letter written by Gerald Light spells it out in chilling detail:
We know that no such announcement was ever made. The silence-control group won the day.
We also know that two more ships, for which we can find no witnesses, either landed sometime after the three or were already at the base before the three landed. Gerald Light specifically states that five ships were present and were undergoing study by the Air Force. His metaphysical experience is evident in that he calls the entities "Etherians." Gerald Light capitalized "Etherians," calling attention to the fact that these beings might have been viewed as gods by Mr. Light.
The alien emblem was known as the "Trilateral insignia" and was displayed on the craft and worn on the alien uniforms. Both of these landings and the second meeting were filmed.
These films exist today.
The treaty stated that the aliens would not interfere in our affairs and we would not interfere in theirs. We would keep their presence on earth a secret. They would furnish us with advanced technology and would help us in our technological development. They would not make any treaty with any other Earth nation.
They could abduct humans on a limited and periodic basis for the purpose of medical examination and monitoring of our development, with the stipulation that the humans would not be harmed, would be returned to their point of abduction, would have no memory of the event, and that the alien nation would furnish Majesty Twelve with a list of all human contacts and abductees on a regularly scheduled basis.
It was agreed that each nation would receive the ambassador of the other for as long as the treaty remained in force. It was further agreed that the alien nation and the United States would exchange 16 personnel with the purpose of learning of each other. The alien "guests'' would remain on earth. The human "guests" would travel to the alien point of origin for a specified period of time, then return, at which point a reverse exchange would be made.
A reenactment of this event was dramatized in the movie Close Encounters of the Third Kind. A tip-off to who works for whom can be determined by the fact that Dr. J. Allen Hynek served as the technical advisor for the film. I noticed that the Top Secret report containing the official version of the truth of the alien question, entitled Project GRUDGE, which I read while in the Navy, was co-authored by Lt. Col. Friend and Dr. J. Allen Hynek, who was cited as a CIA asset attached to Project GRUDGE — Dr. Hynek, the one who debunked many legitimate UFO incidents when he functioned as the scientific member of the very public Project BLUEBOOK. Dr. Hynek is the man responsible for the infamous "it was only swamp gas" statement.
It was agreed that bases would be constructed underground for the use of the alien nation and that two bases would be constructed for the joint use of the alien nation and the United States Government. Exchange of technology would take place in the jointly occupied bases. These alien bases would be constructed under Indian reservations in the Four Corners area of Utah, Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona, and one would be constructed in an area known as Dreamland. Dreamland was built in the Mojave desert near, or in, a place called Yucca.
I cannot remember if it was Yucca Valley, Yucca Flat, or Yucca Proving Ground, but Yucca Valley is what I always seem to want to say. More UFO sightings and incidents occur in the Mojave desert of California than any other place in the world. So many, in fact, that no one even bothers to make reports. Anyone who ventures into the desert to talk to the residents will be astounded by the frequency of activity and with the degree of acceptance demonstrated by those who have come to regard UFOs as normal.
All alien areas are under complete control of the Naval Department, according to the documents that I read. All personnel who work in these complexes receive their checks from the Navy through a subcontractor. The checks never make reference to the government or the Navy. Construction of the bases began immediately, but progress was slow.
Large amounts of money were made available in 1957.
Work continued on the Yellow Book.
Area 51 and S-4
Project REDLIGHT was formed and experimentation in test-flying alien craft was begun in earnest. A super-Top Secret facility was built at Groom Lake in Nevada in the midst of the weapons test range. It was code-named Area 51. The installation was placed under the Department of the Navy and all personnel required a Q clearance as well as Executive presidential, called MAJESTIC) approval.
This is ironic, due to the fact that the President of the United States does not have clearance to visit the site. The alien base and exchange of technology actually took place in an area code-named Dreamland above ground, and the underground portion was dubbed "the Dark Side of the Moon." According to the documentation that I read, at least 600 alien beings actually resided full time at this site along with an unknown number of scientists and CIA personnel. Due to the fear of implantation, only certain people were allowed to interface with the alien beings, and those personnel were and are watched and monitored continuously.
The Army was tasked to form a super-secret organization to furnish security for the alien-tasked projects. This organization became the National Reconnaissance Organization based at Fort Carson, Colorado. The specific teams trained to secure the projects were called Delta. Lt. Col. James "Bo" Gritz was a Delta Force Commander. A second project code-named SNOWBIRD was promulgated to ex-plain away any sightings of the REDLIGHT crafts as being Air Force experiments.
The SNOWBIRD crafts were manufactured using conventional technology and were flown for the press on several occasions. Project SNOWBIRD was also used to debunk legitimate public sightings of alien craft (UFOs to the public, IACs to those in the know).
Project SNOW- BIRD was very successful, and reports from the public declined steadily until recent years.
Secret Funding
A multimillion-dollar Secret fund was organized and kept by the Military Office of the White House.
This fund was used to build over 75 deep underground facilities. Presidents who asked were told the fund was used to build deep underground shelters for the President in case of war. Only a few were built for the President. Millions of dollars were funneled through this office to Majesty Twelve and then out to the contractors. It was used to build Top Secret alien bases as well as Top Secret DUMB (Deep Underground Military Bases) and the facilities promulgated by Alternative 2 throughout the nation. President Johnson used this fund to build a movie theater and pave the road on his ranch. He had no idea of its true purpose.
The secret White House underground-construction fund was set up in 1957 by President Eisenhower. The funding was obtained from Congress under the guise of,
The sites are literally holes in the ground, deep enough to withstand a nuclear blast, and are outfitted with state-of-the-art communications equipment. To date there are more than 75 sites spread around the country which were built using money from this fund. The Atomic Energy Com- mission has built at least an additional 22 underground sites. See the chapter on Mt. Weather.
The location and everything to do with these sites were and are considered and treated as Top Secret. The money was and is in control of the Military Office of the White House, and was and is laundered through so circuitous a web that even the most knowledgeable spy or accountant cannot follow it. As of 1980 only a few at the beginning and end of this web knew what the money was for.
At the beginning were Representative George Mahon of Texas, the chairman of the House Appropriations Committee and of its Defense Subcommittee; and Representative Robert Sikes of Florida, chairman of the House Appropriations Military Construction Subcommittee. Today it is rumored that House Speaker Jim Wright con- trolled the money in Congress and that a power struggle removed him. At the end of the line were the President, Majesty Twelve, the director of the Military Office and a commander at the Washington Navy Yard.
The money was authorized by the Appropriations Committee, who allocated it to the Department of Defense as a Top Secret item in the Army construction program. The Army, however, could not spend it and in fact did not even know what it was for. Authorization to spend the money was in reality given to the Navy. The money was channeled to the Chesapeake Division of the Navy Engineers, who did not know what it was for, either.
Not even the commanding officer, who was an admiral, knew what the fund was to be used for. Only one man, a Navy commander who was assigned to the Chesapeake Division but in reality was responsible only to the Military Office of the White House, knew of the actual purpose, amount, and ultimate destination of the Top Secret money. The total secrecy surrounding the fund meant that almost every trace of it could be made to disappear by the very few people who controlled it. There has never been and most likely never will be an audit of this secret money.
Large amounts of money were transferred from the Top Secret fund to a location at Palm Beach, Florida, that belongs to the Coast Guard called Peanut Island. The island is adjacent to property which was owned by Joseph Kennedy. The money was said to have been used for landscaping and general beautification. Some time ago a TV news special on the Kennedy assassination told of a Coast Guard officer transferring money in a briefcase to a Kennedy employee across this property line. Could this have been a secret payment to the Kennedy family for the loss of their son John F. Kennedy?
The payments continued through the year 1967 and then stopped. The total amount transferred is unknown and the actual use of the money is unknown. Meanwhile, Nelson Rockefeller changed positions again. This time he was to take C. D. Jackson's old position, which had been called the Special Assistant for Psychological Strategy. With Nelson's appointment the name was changed to the Special Assistant for Cold War Strategy.
This position would evolve over the years into the same position Henry Kissinger was ultimately to hold under President Nixon. Officially he was to give "advice and assistance in the development of increased understanding and cooperation among all peoples." The official description was a smoke screen, for secretly he was the Presidential Coordinator for the Intelligence Community. In his new post Rockefeller reported directly, and solely, to the President.
He attended meetings of the Cabinet, the Council on Foreign Economic Policy, and the National Security Council, which was the highest policy-making body in the government. Nelson Rockefeller was also given a second important job as the head of the secret unit called the Planning Coordination Group, which was formed under NSC 5412/1 in March 1955. The group consisted of different ad hoc members, depending on the subject on the agenda.
The basic members were Rockefeller, a representative of the Department of Defense, a representative of the Department of State, and the Director of Central Intelligence. It was soon called the 5412 Committee or the Special Group.
NSC 5412/1 established the rule that covert operations were subject to approval by an executive committee, whereas in the past these operations were initiated solely on the authority of the Director of Central Intelligence.
By secret Executive Memorandum NSC 5510, Eisenhower had preceded NSC 5412/1 to establish a permanent committee (not ad hoc) to be known asMAJESTY TWELVE (MJ-12) to oversee and conduct all covert activities concerned with the alien question.
NSC 5412/1 was created to explain the purpose of these meetings when Congress and the press became curious. Majesty Twelve was made up of Nelson Rockefeller, Director of Central Intelligence Allen Welsh Dulles, Secretary of State John Foster Dulles, Secretary of Defense Charles E. Wilson, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Arthur W. Radford, Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation J. Edgar Hoover, six men from the executive committee of the Council on Foreign Relations known as the "Wise Men," six men from the executive committee of the JASON Group, and Dr. Edward Teller.
The JASON Group is a secret scientific group formed during the Manhattan Project and administered by the Mitre Corporation. The inner core of the Council on Foreign Relations recruits its members from THE SKULL & BONES and the Scroll & Key societies of Harvard and Yale. The Wise Men are key members of the Council on Foreign Relations and also members of a secret Order of the Quest known as the JASON Society. There were 19 members of Majesty Twelve. The first rule of Majesty Twelve was that no order could be given and no action could be taken without a majority vote of twelve in favor, thus Majority Twelve. Orders issued by Majesty Twelve became known as Majority Twelve directives. This group was made up over the years of the top officers and directors of the Council on Foreign Relations and later the Trilateral Commission. Gordon Dean,George Bush and Zbigniew Brzezinski were among them. The most important and influential of the Wise Men were John McCloy, Robert Lovett, Averell Harriman, Charles Bohlen, George Kennan, and Dean Acheson.
Their policies were to last well into the decade of the '70s. It is significant that President Eisenhower as well as the first six Majesty Twelve members from the Government were also members of the Council on Foreign Relations. This gave control of the most secret and powerful group in government to a special-interest club that was itself controlled by the Illuminati.
Thorough researchers will soon discover that not all of the Wise Men attended Harvard or Yale and not all of them were chosen for Skull & Bones or Scroll & Key membership during their college years. You will be able to quickly clear up the mystery by obtaining the book The Wise Men by Walter Isaacson and Evan Thomas, Simon and Schuster, New York.

I have found that members were chosen on an ongoing basis by invitation based upon merit post-college and were not confined to Harvard or Yale attendees only Because of this fact, a complete list of Skull & Bones members can never be compiled from the catalogues or addresses of the college segment of the Russell Trust, also known as the Brotherhood of Death, or the Skull & Bones. Now you know why it has been impossible to pinpoint the membership either by number or by name. I believe that the answer lies hidden in the CFR files, if files exist.
A chosen few were later initiated into the secret branch of the Order of the Quest known as the JASON Society. They are all members of the Council on Foreign Relations and at that time were known as the Eastern Establishment. This should give you a clue to the far-reaching and serious nature of these most secret college societies. The society is alive and well today, but now includes members of the Trilateral Commission as well.
The Trilateralists existed secretly before 1973. The name of the Trilateral Commission was taken from the alien flag known as the Trilateral Insignia. Majesty Twelve was to survive right up to the present day. Under Eisenhower and Kennedy it was erroneously called the 5412 Committee, or more correctly, the Special Group. In the Johnson administration it became the303 Committee because the name 5412 had been compromised in the book The Secret Government.
Actually, NSC 5412/1 was leaked to the author to hide the existence of NSC 5410. Under Nixon, Ford, and Carter it was called the 40 Committee, and under Reagan it became the PI-40 Committee.
Over all those years only the name changed.
Deception and Mutilations
By 1955 it became obvious that the aliens had deceived Eisenhower and had broken the treaty. Mutilated humans were being found along with mutilated animals across the United States.
It was suspected that the aliens were not submitting a complete list of human contacts and abductees to Majesty Twelve and it was suspected that not all abductees had been returned. The Soviet Union was suspected of interacting with them, and this proved to be true. The aliens stated that they had been, and were then, manipulating masses of people through secret societies, witchcraft, magic, the occult, and religion.
You must understand that this claim could also be a manipulation. After several Air Force combat air engagements with alien craft it also became apparent that our weapons were no match against them.
In November 1955 NSC-5412/2 was issued establishing a study committee to explore "all factors which are involved in the making and implementing of foreign policy in the nuclear age".
This was only a blanket of snow that covered the real subject of study, the alien question.
The Study Group
By secret Executive Memorandum NSC 5511 in 1954, President Eisenhower had commissioned the study group to "examine all the facts, evidence, lies, and deception and discover the truth of the alien question."
NSC 5412/2 was only a cover that had become necessary when the press began inquiring as to the purpose of regular meetings of such important men.
The first meetings began in 1954 and were called the Quantico meetings because they met at the Quantico Marine Base. The study group was made up solely of 35 members of the Council on Foreign Relations' secret study group. Dr. Edward Teller was invited to participate. Dr. Zbigniew Brzezinski was the study director for the first 18 months. Dr. Henry Kissinger was chosen as the group's study director for the second 18 months beginning in November 1955.
Nelson Rockefeller was a frequent visitor during the study.
The second-phase meetings were also held at the Marine base at Quantico, Virginia, and the group became known as Quantico II.
Nelson Rockefeller built a retreat somewhere in Maryland for Majesty Twelve and the study committee. It could be reached only by air. In this manner they could meet away from public scrutiny. This secret meeting place is known by the code name "the Country Club." Complete living, eating, recreation, library, and meeting facilities exist at the location. (The Aspen Institute is not the Country Club.)
The study group was publicly terminated in the later months of 1956. Henry Kissinger wrote what was officially termed the results in 1957 as Nuclear Weapons and Foreign Policy, published for the Council on Foreign Relations by Harper & Brothers, New York. In truth, the manuscript had already been 80% written while Kissinger was at Harvard.
The study group continued, veiled in secrecy. A clue to the seriousness Kissinger attached to the study can be found in statements by his wife and friends. Many of them stated that Henry would leave home early each morning and return late each night without speaking to anyone or responding to anyone. It seemed as if he were in another world which held no room for outsiders.
These statements are very revealing. The revelations of the alien presence and actions during the study must have been a great shock. Henry Kissinger was definitely out of character during this time. He would never again be affected in this manner, no matter the seriousness of any subsequent event. On many occasions he would work very late into the night after having already put in a full day. This behavior eventually led to divorce. A major finding of the alien study was that the public could not be told. It was believed that this would most certainly lead to economic collapse, collapse of the religious structure, and national panic, which could lead into anarchy. Secrecy thus continued. An offshoot of this finding was that if the public could not be told, Congress could not be told. Funding for the projects and research would have to come from outside the Government.
In the meantime money was to be obtained from the military budget and from CIA confidential, non appropriated funds.
Genetic Experimentation
Another major finding was that the aliens were using humans and animals for a source of glandular secretions, enzymes, hormonal secretions, blood plasma and possibly in genetic experiments. The aliens explained these actions as necessary to their survival. They stated that their genetic structure had deteriorated and that they were no longer able to reproduce. They stated that if they were unable to improve their genetic structure, their race would soon cease to exist.
We looked upon their explanations with extreme suspicion. Since our weapons were literally useless against the aliens, Majesty Twelve decided to continue friendly diplomatic relations until such time as we were able to develop a technology which would enable us to challenge them on a military basis.
Overtures would have to be made to the Soviet Union and other nations to join forces for the survival of humanity. In the meantime plans were developed to research and construct two weapons systems using conventional and nuclear technology, which would hopefully bring us to parity.
The results of the research were Projects JOSHUA and EXCALIBUR. JOSHUA was a weapon captured from the Germans which was capable of shattering 4-inch-thick armor plate at a range of two miles. It used aimed, low-frequency sound waves, and it was believed that this weapon would be effective against the alien craft and beam weapons. EXCALIBUR was a weapon carried by missile not to rise above 30,000 feet above ground level (AGL), not to deviate from designated target more than 50 meters, able to would penetrate "1,000 meters of tufa, hard-packed soil such as that found in New Mexico," carry a one-megaton warhead, and intended for use in destroying the aliens in their underground bases.
JOSHUA was developed successfully but never used, to my knowledge. EXCALIBUR was not pushed until recent years and now, we are told, there is an unprecedented effort to develop this weapon. The public would be told that EXCALIBUR would be needed to take out Soviet underground command posts. We know that is not true because one rule of war is that you try not to destroy the leaders. They are needed either to unconditionally surrender or to negotiate terms. Leaders are also needed to ensure peaceful transition of power and the compliance of the populace to all negotiated or dictated terms.
The events at Fatima in the early part of the century were scrutinized. On the suspicion that it was alien manipulation, an intelligence operation was put into motion to penetrate the secrecy surrounding the event. The United States utilized its Vatican moles and soon obtained the entire Vatican study, which included the prophecy. This prophecy stated that if man did not turn from evil and place himself at the feet of Christ the planet would self-destruct and the events described in the book of Revelations would indeed come to pass.
The prophecy demanded that Russia be consecrated to the Sacred Heart. It stated that a child would be born who would unite the world with a plan for world peace and a false religion. The people would discern that he was evil and was indeed the Anti-Christ World War III would begin in the Middle East with an invasion of Israel by a United Arab nation using conventional weapons, which would culminate in a nuclear holocaust. Most of the life on this planet would suffer horribly and die as a result. The return of Christ would occur shortly thereafter.
When the aliens were confronted with this finding they confirmed that it was true. The aliens explained that they had created us through genetic manipulation in a laboratory. They stated that they had manipulated the human race through religion, satanism, witchcraft, magic, and the occult.
They further explained that they were capable of time travel, and the events would indeed come to pass if the conditions were not met. Later exploitation of alien technology by the United States and the Soviet Union, utilizing time travel in a project named RAINBOW, confirmed the prophecy. The aliens showed a hologram, which they claimed was the actual crucifixion of Christ. The Government filmed the hologram.
We did not know whether to believe them. Were they using our GENUINE religions to manipulate us? Or were they indeed the source of our religions with which they had been manipulating us all along? Or was this the beginning scenario of the genuine END TIMES and the RETURN OF CHRIST which had been predicted in the Bible? I DO NOT KNOW THE ANSWER.
A symposium was held in 1957 which was attended by some of the great scientific minds then living.
They reached the conclusion that by, or shortly after, the year 2000 the planet WOULD self-destruct due to in creased population and man's exploitation of the environment WITHOUT ANY HELP FROM GOD OR THE ALIENS.
Alternatives 1, 2, and 3
By secret Executive order of President Eisenhower, the JASON Scholars were ordered to study this scenario and make recommendations from their findings.
The JASON Society CONFIRMED the finding of the scientists and made three recommendations called ALTERNATIVES 1, 2, AND 3.
I believe that the Mars colony is also a reality.
As a delaying action, ALL THREE ALTERNATIVES included birth control, sterilization, and the introduction of deadly microbes to control or slow the growth of the Earth's population. AIDS is only ONE result of these plans. It was decided BY THE ELITE that since the population must be reduced and controlled, it would be in the best interest of the human race to rid ourselves of the undesirable elements of our society. Specific targeted populations included BLACKS, HISPANICS, and HOMOSEXUALS. The joint U.S. and Soviet leadership dismissed Alternative 1 but ordered work to begin on Alternatives 2 and 3 virtually at the same time. In 1959 the Rand Corporation hosted a Deep Underground Construction Symposium. In the symposium report, machines are pictured and described which could bore a tunnel 45 feet in diameter at the rate of 5 feet per hour in 1959. It also displays pictures of huge tunnels and underground vaults containing what appear to be complex facilities and possibly even cities. It appears that the previous five years of all-out underground construction had made significant progress by that time. The ruling powers decided that one means of funding the alien-connected and other "black" projects was to corner the illegal drug market. The English and French had established a historical precedent when they exploited the opium trade in the Far East and used it to fill their coffers and gain a solid foothold in China and Viet Nam, respectively. A young ambitious member of the Council on Foreign Relations was approached. His name is George Bush, who at the time was the president and CEO of the offshore division of Zapata Oil, based in Texas. Zapata Oil was experimenting with the new technology of offshore drilling. It was correctly thought that the drugs could be shipped from South America to the offshore platforms by fishing boat, to be taken from there to shore by the normal transportation used for supplies and personnel. By this method no customs or law enforcement agency would subject the cargo to search. George Bush agreed to help, and organized the operation in conjunction with the CIA. The plan worked better than anyone had dreamed. It has since expanded worldwide. There are now many other methods of bringing the illegal drugs into the country. It must always be remembered that George Bush began the sale of drugs to our children.
The CIA now controls most of the world's illegal drug markets.
The REAL Space Program
The "Official" space program was boosted by President Kennedy in his inaugural address when he mandated that the United States put a man on the Moon before the end of the decade. Although innocent in its conception, this mandate enabled those in charge to funnel vast amounts of money into black projects and conceal the REAL space program from the American people.
A similar program in the Soviet Union served the same purpose. In fact, a joint alien, United States, and Soviet Union base existed on the Moon at the very moment Kennedy spoke the words.
On May 22,1962, a space probe landed on Mars and confirmed the existence of an environment which could support life. Not long afterward the construction of a colony on the planet Mars began in earnest. Today I believe a colony exists on Mars populated by specially selected people from different cultures and occupations taken from all over the Earth.
A public charade of antagonism between the Soviet Union and the United States has been maintained over all these years in order to fund projects in the name of national defense when in fact we are the closest allies.
Kennedy Assassination
At some point President Kennedy discovered portions of the truth concerning the drugs and the aliens. He issued an ultimatum in 1963 to Majesty Twelve. President Kennedy assured them that if they did not clean up the drug problem, he would.
He informed Majesty Twelve that he intended to reveal the presence of aliens to the American people within the following year, and ordered a plan developed to implement his decision, President Kennedy was not a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and knew nothing of Alternative 2 or Alternative 3. (Although some researchers claim JFK was a member of the CFR, I can find no legitimate list with his name upon it.)
Internationally, the operations were supervised by the Bilderberg elite committee known as the Policy Committee. In the United States they were supervised by the executive committee of the CFR and in the Soviet Union by its sister organization. President Kennedy's decision struck fear into the hearts of those in charge. His assassination was ordered by the Policy Committee and the order was carried out by agents in Dallas.
President John F. Kennedy was murdered by the Secret Service agent who drove his car in the motorcade and the act is plainly visible in the Zapruder film. WATCH THE DRIVER AND NOT KENNEDY WHEN YOU VIEW THE FILM. All of the witnesses who were close enough to the car to see William Greer shoot Kennedy were themselves all murdered within two years of the event. The Warren Commission was a farce, and Council on Foreign Relations members made up the majority of its panel.
They succeeded in snowing the American people. Many other patriots who attempted to reveal the alien secret have also been murdered throughout the intervening years. At the present time over 200 material witnesses or people actually involved with the assassination are dead. The odds against this happening are so high that no one has been able to calculate them.

In December 19881 had a phone conversation during which I told John Lear what I had seen in the Navy concerning the Kennedy assassination. I told him that the Top Secret documents stated that the act was plainly visible in a film withheld from the public. I told John that I had been looking for a film that showed Greer shoot JFK for 16 years but had not found one. I was shocked and very pleasantly surprised when John asked me, "Would you like to see it?"
I, of course, replied in the affirmative and John invited Annie and me to his home in Las Vegas. We spent four days with John. He not only showed me the film but gave me a video copy. I showed the video whenever I spoke to a group of people. The film is titled Dallas Revisited, John told me that he obtained it from a CIA acquaintance whom he was not at liberty to name. I later found out the originator of that version of the Zapruder film was Lars Hansson. John Lear was showing the film at every meeting that he conducted.
Shortly after Lear gave me a copy of the film, Lars Hansson called and asked if he could drop by to meet with me at my home in Fullerton, California. I told him he could and asked him to bring a better copy of the film if he had one. Lars said that he would. He stated that he would also bring a film on a man named Bo Gritz, of whom I had never heard. Mr. Hansson informed me that he had made the video for Bo Gritz and John Lear and that both were using it in their lectures. I found out much later that Bo Gritz was selling the tape for $10 per copy. Lars came to the house, brought the films on videotape and we spoke for about an hour. His main purpose was to tell me that he wanted me to expose people to the film but did not want me to connect him to the film in any manner. I agreed not to divulge the source and I kept my word. I began to use the tape in my lectures. When I found out that Bo Gritz was making it available, I bowed to public pressure and also made it available. Some time later I read an L.A.-based newsletter (forgot the name) in which Lars Hansson stated that he did not know that I had the film and did not know that I was showing it at lectures. Hansson stated in the newsletter that he was at my Hollywood High lecture on November 5,1989, and that he tried to protest my use of it during the question-and-answer period but that he never had a chance to be recognized.
We videotaped that event, and at the end I asked anyone with questions or comments to walk to a microphone that we had placed in the aisle. I have examined every inch of that videotape and Lars Hansson never got up from his seat, nor did he ever raise his hand, nor did he attempt in any way to be recognized.
Lars later called me again and asked me not to use his voice on the tape, his voice where he says with no hesitation or qualification whatsoever, as he narrates the videotape,
Then later in the film Lars Hansson makes this statement:
I agreed not to use his voice. In subsequent lectures I showed the tape with no audio. As it turned out, people were able to see it better with no narration. It is important that you understand the above, because in the late summer of 1990, after I had been showing the film for over a year and a half, Lars Hansson began to show up on radio proclaiming that Greer, the driver, did not shoot the President.
Lars Hansson showed up at my fall 1990 Beverly Hills High School lecture and disrupted the lecture, yelling out taunts and otherwise making an ass out of himself. When the lecture ended he accosted people in the lobby and, along with David Lifton, attempted to convince members of the audience that they didn't really see Greer shoot Kennedy. To their credit most of the audience told Hansson and Lifton to stick it where the sun don't shine.
Once people see it with their own eyes they can no longer be fooled. Hansson, Lifton, Grodin, and the other agents of the Secret Government are running out of time. Americans are catching on to the scam. I shudder to think what will happen to these people when Americans finally get angry. Do not forget that Lear informed me that his source for the film was a CIA agent who later turned out to be Lars Hansson.
Hansson later claimed that I violated his copyright. He had no copyright. Hansson himself had violated someone's copyright by making the film and giving it to me, Lear, and Gritz. I didn't and still don't give a damn about copyright on THIS particular film. If I did, no one would ever know who really killed our President. Bo Gritz stated on radio that he felt exactly the same way. Hansson never attacked Lear or Gritz, who still show the tape, and Gritz still makes it available. I wonder why? Are Lear, Hansson and Gritz working together?
Robert Grodin then entered the picture. He publicly challenged me to appear and debate him. He claimed that he had a copy of the Zapruder film showing that Greer never took his hands off the wheel of the car. Grodin is an active secret government agent whose job it is to confuse the public and perpetuate the cover-up.
I called Bob Grodin and accepted his challenge. I invited him to appear with me at Beverly Hills High School and show his film. I would show my film. The audience would decide. He refused. He refused because he knows what I know, that the audience would boo him out of town. Grodin knows that Greer shot Kennedy because he is part of the cover-up. Bob Grodin is the same Bob Grodin who claims to be the world's foremost independent photo-interpretation expert. Bob Grodin has NO photographic education whatsoever. He has never worked with photog- raphy. Bob Grodin has never been a photographic interpreter in his life. He has been lying to the public about his credentials for all these years and no one even checked; not even Congress checked his credentials when they hired him. Do you really think that was an accident? I HAVE A DEGREE IN PHOTOGRAPHY. Bob Grodin is the same Bob Grodin who was hired by the House Select Committee on Assassinations in 1976. He is the same Bob Grodin who blatantly lied to the committee and told them that the driver, William Greer, never took his hands off the wheel. His job is to write books and confuse you. His job is to maintain the position that the government lied and that there was a conspiracy. His job is also to prevent you from knowing the truth about who did kill the President.
You cannot welcome the New World Order if you have faith in your government. You WILL have faith in your government if you learn that Greer killed Kennedy on orders of the Illuminati and that it had nothing to do with the legal, Constitutional government. Did you know that the man who was in charge of the Secret Service at the time of the assassination became the man in charge of security for the Rockefeller family upon his retirement? Well, now you know.
You should also know that Bob Grodin is a friend of Leslie Watkins, and it is Bob Grodin's name that Watkins uses as the alias of the astronaut cited in Alternative 003. Did you know that when Ricky White made appearances on talk radio across the country to say that his father killed Kennedy, that Bob Grodin accompanied him? Did you know that every time a caller asked Ricky White a question, Grodin answered for him? Do you really believe that is a coincidence?
Ricky White's father did not kill Kennedy.
For years I have been telling people and audiences about the discrepancies between the doctors' reports in Dallas and the autopsy report made at Bethesda Naval Hospital. I have revealed that the wounds were tampered with and changed. I have been telling the world that the body was removed from its casket aboard the plane and was taken out the galley door and onto a marine helicopter, and that the body arrived at Bethesda Naval Hospital a full 30 minutes before the empty official casket. I have stated that the President's brain had disappeared and told why it had disappeared. All of a sudden David Lifton appeared on radio and TV in 1990 telling the world that he had NEW evidence that he had discovered. Every bit of his new evidence was exactly what I had been telling people for years. It was the same information that I had told Bob Swan in 1972.
Lifton showed up at my lecture at Beverly Hills High School. After making a scene at the box office because he had to pay, Lifton accosted anyone who ventured into the lobby, and along with Lars Hansson, attempted to convince them that they did not see Greer shoot Kennedy. Legitimate people would never have resorted to such disgraceful and discrediting behavior. My testimony and the public's outrage after seeing the murder of President Kennedy with their own eyes, has seriously damaged the cover-up.
The behavior of Grodin, Lifton, and Hansson reveals the degree of damage. The public can now see without any doubt that they are either part of the cover-up or that they are totally incompetent researchers, and in the case of Grodin, a bare-faced liar who may have committed treason. In the middle of all this, "Hard Copy" TV magazine called me and wanted to see the film. I showed them the film and they were shocked, excited and wanted an exclusive. I gave it to them but told them that I doubted that it would ever get on the air.
A date was arranged to film an episode for airing, but just before we were scheduled to go on camera an NBC executive called the Los Angeles studios of "Hard Copy" and told them not to air the film. I tried to find out the name of the executive, but no luck. That was the end of that. The producer that had tried to air my story and the Kennedy film is no longer with "Hard Copy." Her name is Bubs Hopper.
I was approached by another producer (don't remember his name) from "Inside Edition," another TV magazine, who told me that Americans needed to see the film. I agreed to be on the show but told him the same thing, that I did not believe it would ever air. A week later I was listening to David Lifton on a radio talk show.
Someone called in and asked David if he knew who I was and David Lifton said,
I had someone call the producer and cancel because he had lied to me. He pleaded to have me on. I relayed through this intermediary that I would appear only if I could have editorial control to make sure that he did not edit the segment to ridicule the film. He refused, and I then knew his intention all along had been to discredit me. When the segment aired, Lars Hansson was used as a stand-in, in my place.
Hansson, the man who had been attacking me, stating that Greer had not fired at Kennedy, was now on TV stating that Greer killed Kennedy! The reason became obvious, as they had Bob Grodin on the next segment. Grodin ridiculed and debunked Hansson and the film. They had intended to do a hatchet job on me, but when I cancelled they could attack the film only with Hansson taking my place. It had every earmark of an agency operation. It didn't work.
I discovered the next ploy when on radio Grodin stated that he would soon (finally) release a video of his so-called pristine copy of the Zapruder film overexposed to bring out detail in the shadows. Overexposure would completely wash out Greer's arm and the gun, which are both in full sunlight and have the effect of rendering both invisible to the viewer. hope that people are not as stupid as Grodin thinks they are.
I will debate anyone at any time as long as it's in front of a live audience and nothing is edited.
I have seen what a film editor can do to make people seem to say and do things that were never said or done.
During the United States' initial space exploration and the Moon landings every launch was accompanied by alien craft. On November 20, 1990, Los Angeles TV Channel 2 announced that a separate, red, glowing, round-shaped object accompanied the space shuttle Atlantis on its latest classified military mission. That was the first public admission. A Moon base, Luna, was photographed by the Lunar Orbiter and filmed by the Apollo astronauts. Domes, spires, tall round structures which look like silos, huge T-shaped mining vehicles that left stitch-like tracks in the lunar surface, and extremely large as well as small alien craft appear in the official NASA photographs. It is a joint United States and Soviet base: The space program is a farce and an unbelievable waste of money. Alternative 3 is a reality. It is not science fiction. The Apollo astronauts were severely shaken by this experience, and their lives and subsequent statements reflect the depth of the revelation and the effect of the muzzle order which followed. They were ordered to remain silent or suffer the extreme penalty, death, which was termed an "expediency." One astronaut actually did talk to the British producers of the TV expos) "Alternative 003." It was aired on the documentary, nonfiction program named "Science Report," confining many of the allegations. In the book Alternative 003 the pseudonym "Bob Grodin" was used in place of the astronaut's identity. (The real Bob Grodin is a friend of Leslie Watkins and is a part of the Kennedy assassination cover-up.) It was also stated that the astronaut committed suicide in 1978.
This cannot be validated by any source, and I believe that several so-called facts in the book are really disinformation. I firmly believe that this disinformation is a result of pressure put upon the authors and is meant to nullify the effect upon the populace of the British TV expose "Alternative 3."
The headquarters of the international conspiracy is in Geneva, Switzerland. The ruling body is made up of three committees consisting of thirteen members each, and all three together comprise the 39 members of the executive committee of the body known as the Bilderberg Group. The most important and powerful of the three committees is the Policy Committee.
(It is more than interesting to note that the United States had thirteen original colonies and that 39 delegates from those colonies signed the Constitution after it was written and adopted in the first Constitutional Convention. Do you believe that is coincidence?)
Policy Committee meetings are held on a nuclear submarine beneath the polar icecap. A Soviet sub and an American sub join at an airlock and the meeting is convened. The secrecy is such that this was the only method which would ensure that the meetings could not be bugged. I can say that the book Alternative 003 is at least 70% true from my own knowledge and the knowledge of my sources.
I believe that the disinformation was an attempt to compromise the British TV expos' with information that could be proven false, just as the "Eisenhower Briefing Document," which was released here in the United States under the contingency plan Majestic Twelve, can also be proven false.
Alien Spacecraft
Since our interaction with the aliens began we have come into possession of technology beyond our wildest dreams. We currently have, and fly, atomic-powered antigravity-type craft in Nevada. Our pilots have made interplanetary voyages in these craft and have been to the Moon, Mars, and other planets. We have been lied to about the true nature of the Moon, the planets Mars and Venus, and the real state of technology that we possess today, at this very moment.
There are areas on the Moon where plant life grows and even changes color with the seasons. This seasonal effect is because the Moon does not, as claimed, always present the exact same side to the Earth or the Sun. The Moon has several man-made lakes and ponds upon its surface, and clouds have been observed and filmed in its atmosphere. It possesses a gravitational field — and man can walk upon its surface without a space suit, breathing from an oxygen bottle after undergoing decompression, the same as any deep-sea diver! I have the official NASA photographs.
Some of them were published in the books We Discovered Alien Bases on the Moon by Fred Steckling and Someone Else Is on the Moon.
In 1969 a confrontation broke out between the Soviets and Americans at the lunar base. The Soviets attempted to take control of the base and held American scientists and personnel hostage. We were able to restore order but not before 66 people were killed. The Soviets were suspended from the program for a period of two years. A reconciliation eventually took place and once again we began to interact.
Today the alliance continues.
The Archuleta Mesa underground-base confrontation scenario is pure disinformation put out to confuse the issue. I knew that a confrontation had taken place but could not remember the details. John Lear had convinced me that aliens and Delta forces had fought at the Archuleta base. (The New World Order must have an enemy from outer space.)
Later, when I used regressive hypnosis to improve my memory, the true facts emerged. To my knowledge the only hostility between aliens and humans was provoked by the U.S. military when they were ordered to shoot down UFOs in order to capture technology.
John Lear also says that we invented AIDS in order to kill blood-sucking aliens and that we are only containers for souls. This is hogwash! It is a clear vote for the "aliens do not exist" theory.
Nixon Forced To Resign
When the Watergate scandal broke, President Nixon was confident that he could not be impeached. Majesty Twelve had a different agenda. Nixon was ordered to resign, the intelligence community rightfully concluding that an impeachment trial would open up the files and bare the secrets to the public eye. He refused.
The first military coup ever to take place in the United States was carried out. The Joint Chiefs of Staff sent a Top Secret message to the Commanders of all the U.S. armed forces throughout the world.
It stated,
This message was sent a full five days before Nixon conceded and announced publicly that he would resign.
I saw the message. When I asked my commanding officer what he would do, as obviously the order violated the Constitution, I was told: "I guess I will wait to see if any orders come from the White House, and then I will decide/' I did not see any communication from the White House but that does not mean that none was sent.
I have confirmation from three additional sources, all ex-military, who wrote or called to state that they saw the exact same order. These people are Randall Terpstra, ex-Navy; David Race, ex-Air Force; and Donald Campbell, ex-Navy. The transcript of a taped phone conversation between the author and Mr. Terpstra is presented as Chapter 11 of this book, and the signed statements of the others can be found in the Appendix.
During all the years that this has been happening the Congress and the American people have seemed to know instinctively that something was not right. When the Watergate scandal surfaced they jumped on the band- wagon and everyone thought that the agencies would be cleaned out. President Ford organized the Rockefeller Commission to do the job. His real purpose was to head off Congress and keep the cover-up going.
Nelson Rockefeller, who headed the commission investigating the intelligence community, was a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the one who helped Eisenhower build the Majesty Twelve power structure. Rockefeller uncovered only enough to keep the hounds at bay. He threw the Congress a few bones and the cover-up rolled merrily along as always.
Later Senator Church would conduct the famous Church hearings. He also was a prominent member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and he merely repeated the Rockefeller act. Again the cover-up prevailed. When the Iran-Contra affair emerged, we thought this time it had to come gushing out. Wrong again. Despite mountains of documents pointing to drug smuggling and other hidden monsters, the cover-up sailed on.
The Congress even seemed to go out of its way to duck the real issues. As mentioned earlier, one of the most serious facts uncovered is that North was involved in preparing a plan to suspend the Constitution of the United States of America.
I cannot even begin to outline the entire financial empire controlled by the CIA, the NSA, and the Council on Foreign Relations, which in turn control and launder the money from drugs and other intelligence community proprietary ventures; but I can give you a beginning.
The amount of money is beyond anything you can imagine and is hidden in a vast network of banks and holding companies. You should first begin to look at,
Contingency Plan
A contingency plan was formulated by Majesty Twelve to throw every one off the trail should they come close to the truth. The plan was known as MAJESTIC TWELVE. It was implemented with the release by Moore, Shandera, and Friedman of the purported Eisenhower Briefing Document.
The document is a fraud, because it is numbered 092447, a number which does not exist and will not exist for quite a long time at the present rate. Truman wrote Executive orders in the 9000 range; Eisenhower's were in the 10,000 range; Ford was up to the 11,000 bracket; and Reagan reached only into the 12,000s.
Executive orders are numbered consecutively, no matter who occupies the White House, for reasons of continuity, record keeping, and to prevent confusion. This red herring has thrown the entire research community off the trail for several years and has resulted in the wasted expenditure of money looking for information which does not exist.
The Washington D.C.-based Fund for UFO Research headed by Bruce Maccabee has committed what I believe to be criminal fraud in connection with the Eisenhower Briefing Document, Stanton Friedman, and the re- search team of Moore, Shandera, and Friedman.
Maccabee solicited funds from people, promising to use those funds to investigate Moore's, Shandera's, and Friedman's claims and prove the Eisenhower Briefing Document to be genuine or fake. Instead he gave the entire $16,000 to Stanton Friedman and assigned HIM the task of establishing or destroying his own validity. What a snow job! People in the UFO community fell for the scam and eagerly awaited Stanton Friedman's findings. Of course, Friedman found that the documents were genuine. Just what did people think he would find?
HE WAS GIVEN $16,000 TO INVESTIGATE HIM- SELF! IT IS UNETHICAL. IT IS A CLEAR CONFLICT OF INTEREST. I SINCERELY BELIEVE IT TO BE CRIMINAL FRAUD, since money was taken in the process.
Those who donated money in good faith should immediately bring suit against Stanton Friedman, Bruce Maccabee and the Fund for UFO Research. This farce resulted in the total waste of $16,000. Many thousands of man hours have gone down a rat-hole. If you doubt the secret government's ability to lead you through the rose garden, you had better think again.
Another plan is in force. It is the plan to prepare the public for eventual confrontation with an alien race. It could also intend to make you believe in an alien race that may not exist. The public is being bombarded with movies, radio, advertising, and TV programs depicting almost every aspect of the purported true nature of an alien presence.
This includes the good and the bad. Look around and pay attention. Someone is planning to make their presence known and the government is preparing you for it. They do not want any panic. The unprecedented number of sightings worldwide indicates that public exposure is not far off. Never in history have there been so many incidents involving UFOs and never in history have there been so many official acknowledgments.
For many years the Secret Government has been importing drugs and selling them to the people, mainly the poor and minorities. Social welfare programs were put into place to create a dependent, nonworking element in our society. The government then began to remove these programs to force people into a criminal class that did not exist in the '50s and '60s. The government encouraged the manufacture and importation of military firearms for the criminals to use. This is intended to foster a feeling of insecurity, which would lead the American people to voluntarily disarm themselves by passing laws against firearms. Using drugs and hypnosis on mental patients in a process called Orion, the CIA inculcated the desire in these people to open fire on schoolyards and thus inflame the antigun lobby.
This plan is well under way, and so far is working perfectly. The middle class is begging the government to do away with the 2nd amendment. Author's Note: I have found that these events have indeed happened all over the country. In every instance that I have investigated — the incident at the women's school in Canada, the shopping center incident in Canada, the Stockton, California, massacre, and the murder of Rabbi Meir Kahane — the shooters were all ex-mental patients or were current mental patients who were ALL ON THE DRUG PROZAC!
This drug, when taken in certain doses, increases the serotonin level in the patient, causing extreme violence. Couple that with a posthypnotic suggestion or control through an electronic brain implant or microwave or E.L.F. intrusion and you get mass murder, ending in every case with the suicide of the perpetrator.
Exhume the bodies of the murderers and check for a brain implant. I think you are going to be surprised. In every case the name of the murderer's doctor or mental treatment facility has been withheld.
I believe we will be able to establish intelligence-community connections and/or connections to known CIA experimental mind-control programs when we finally discover who these doctors of death really are.
Martial Law and Concentration Camps
Due to the wave of crime sweeping the nation, the media will convince the American people that a state of anarchy exists within the major cities.
They are now building their case almost nightly on TV and daily in the newspapers. When public opinion has been won to this idea, they intend to state that a terrorist group armed with a nuclear weapon has entered the United States and that they plan to detonate this device in one of our cities. (This is now being set up by the crisis in the Middle East.)
The Government will then suspend the Constitution and declare martial law. The secret alien army of implanted humans and all dissidents, which translates into anyone they choose, will be rounded up and placed in the one-mile-square concentration camps which already exist. Are the people whom they intend to place in these concentration camps destined to make up the reported "batch consignments" of slave labor needed by the space colonies?
The media — radio, TV, newspapers, and computer networks — will be nationalized and seized. Anyone who resists will be taken or killed. This entire operation was rehearsed by the government and military in 1984 under the code name REX-84A and it went off without a hitch. When these events have transpired, the SECRET GOVERNMENT and/or ALIEN takeover will be complete.
Your freedom will never be returned and you will live in slavery for the remainder of your life. You had better wake up and you had better do it now!
Secret Government Agents
Philip Klass is an agent of the CIA. This was stated in the documents I saw between 1970 and 1973. One of his jobs as an aviation expert was to debunk everything to do with UFOs. All military commanders were instructed to call him to gain information on how to debunk and/or explain UFO contacts and/or sightings to the public and/or the press if and when the need arose. Some people seem to love Klass. They encourage him and heap large doses of attention upon him. He is invited to speak at UFO events and is quoted in papers, books, and newspapers as being the expert on "what really happened." Philip Klass is not operating in our best interest. His debunkings and explanations of UFO sightings are so full of holes that a six-year-old child should be able to discern his true purpose. I have seen poor misled people actually ask Klass for his autograph, an act similar in magnitude to Elliot Ness asking Al Capone for his autograph.
I have found that in many instances the secret elect are absolutely right when they state that "people who will not use their intelligence are no better than animals who do not have intelligence. Such people are beasts of burden and steaks on the table by choice and consent." (Quote from "Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars" in Chapter Two). We get exactly what we deserve in most instances.
William Moore, Jaimie Shandera, and Stanton Friedman are witting (with full knowledge, understanding, and consent) agents of the Secret Government. William Moore's reported use of a Defense Investigative Service ID card and his reported self-confession to Lee Graham that he is an agent of the government confirmed it. (Lee Graham phoned me at my home, and when asked, confirmed that Moore had indeed shown him a Defense Investigative Service ID.)
Moore's later confession proved it with- out any doubt. Author's Note: On July 1,1989, the night before I presented this paper at the MUFON symposium in Las Vegas, William Moore admitted that he was a government agent, that he had released disinformation to researchers, that had falsified documents, that he had spied upon researchers and reported information concerning those researchers to the intelligence community, that he had helped in a counterintelligence operation against Paul Bennewicz that resulted in Mr. Bennewicz's commitment to a mental institution, and that he had done all this with full knowledge of what he was doing.
He is either a traitor or a stone-hearted manipulator at best. Some of the self-appointed "ufologists" still look up to Moore, and still cite his research in their correspondence, papers, and books. This reflects a degree of ignorance and stupidity in the UFO community. Bruce Maccabee wrote a letter to Caveat Emptor citing articles from William Moore's publication, Focus, as proof that I am discredited.
Dream on. It is no mystery to me why mainstream America calls ufologists whackos, loonies, and nuts. In some cases they are. Jaime Shandera is the man responsible for my loss of employment as the Executive Director of National Technical College. Shortly after going public, Shandera showed up at the college wearing a brown suit and carrying a briefcase. He ignored the receptionist's attempts to help him.
She informed me that a man had walked into the college and appeared to be inspecting the building and classrooms. I found Mr. Shandera peering into the word-processing classroom. I asked him if I could be of any help. He said no and ignored me. I explained that I was the Executive Director and again asked if I could be of any help. Again he said no but gave me some very hard stares and appeared to have been taken off guard. He seemed to be extremely nervous and immediately left the building. I followed him out the door, and a man across the street snapped my picture with a 35mm camera.
I watched as Jaime Shandera walked to his car, took one last look at me and then drove away. A few days later he repeated the act, only this time he told me that he had seen an ad that the college was for sale and he was looking over the property. I saw him again, coming out of the corporate offices. When he saw me he again became extremely nervous and hurried to his car, took off his jacket before getting in and then drove off.
A few minutes later I was called to the President's office and told that the college could not use anyone who could jeopardize the status of government assistance by getting involved with flying saucers. I knew what had happened and tendered my resignation effective April 15,1989. I had no intention of stopping my activities and I did not wish to hurt the college or the students who depended so much on government aid pro- grams.
All this time Shandera thought he had pulled it off anonymously, but I and several others have always known that it was he. Now you know. Jaime Shandera was positively identified by me, the Security Department Head, and the receptionist. Later I obtained another positive identification from the Vice President in charge of Admissions. John Lear was at that time the only person who knew the name and address of my place of employment.
I later found out by body-proportion comparison analysis and voice-print analysis that John Lear is the agent dubbed "Condor" on the CIA-backed TV production of "UFO Cover-up Live." As Condor, he is in reality a government agent who has been working with Moore, Shandera, Friedman, John Grace, Bob Lazar, and others all along. They are CIA all the way.
Stanton Friedman has told me and others that years ago he "helped develop a nuclear reactor to power an aircraft that was the size of a basketball, was clean, turned out hydrogen, and worked like a dream" (his words, not mine). Several others have written me to say that they also were told the same thing by Mr. Friedman. Roger Scherrer is one who remembers Stanton relating to him this same story.
The only fuel which could go into such an engine and produce hydrogen as a byproduct is water, and that is precisely what at least one type of alien craft uses — nuclear energy and water, according to the documentation I read while in Naval Intelligence. Is he really unwitting? I seriously doubt it. He was a member of the Moore, Shandera, and Friedman research team, and it was they who implemented the MAJESTIC TWELVE contingency plan.
In documents that I read between 1970 and 1973, the names of individuals were listed who had been targeted for recruitment. These documents stated that these people were to be coerced, using patriotism as a motivating force whenever possible. If necessary, financial assistance would be provided through employment with a proprietary front company or through grants.
This is, coincidentally, the method by which Friedman got his $16,000 from another agent, Bruce Maccabee. We have also found that Moore has received money for research from at least two CIA front companies. This has been confirmed by the research of Grant Cameron. Others named on the list were cited as active intelligence-agency assets. When I first presented this paper I gave only a partial list of those named in the Naval Intelligence documents.
Following are as many names as I can remember. (There may be more, but these are all that I can recall at this time.)
That is the list as I remember it. There may have been others, but I cannot recall. I know of other agents who were not on the list. You must remember that when I first wrote this paper I thought that Bruce Maccabee might not have been recruited, but then later he proved me wrong when he gave Stanton Friedman $16,000 to investigate himself.
There was a two-word code that these people were to use to identify each other. The first word was a color and the second word was a bird.
The code was "Gold Eagle." When Stanton Friedman first contacted me he used the code. I pretended ignorance but he asked me several times if I had ever seen or heard of Gold Eagle. John Lear also asked me if I had ever heard of Gold Eagle. He too was testing me. They knew that I had access to correct information and were attempting to determine if I were one of them. As George Bush would say, "Read my lips."
I was never one of you. I will never be one of you.
When I talked to Stan Deyo in Australia by phone, he told me the code given to him was "Blue Falcon." Stan was a victim of mind-control experimentation while a cadet at the Air Force Academy. He and over 80 other cadet mind-control subjects resigned from the academy in protest. He has been on a crusade to discover the truth ever since. Stan has written two excellent books, The Cosmic Conspiracy, and The Vindicator Scrolls. I recommend you read them both. I think that Linda Moulton Howe may be innocent of witting involvement. Linda in particular seems to have exercised extreme care in what she has presented to the public. Her research is excellent. I was impressed when she confided to me that Sgt. Richard Doty of the Counterintelligence Division of the Air Force Office of Special Investigations had taken her into the Intelligence office at Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico and showed her the exact same documents that I had seen while in the Navy.
She even saw the same information on the Kennedy assassination naming Greer as the assassin. Ms. Howe is also the only person in the world outside of the intelligence community who knows the truth as I know it regarding Operation MAJORITY. She has exercised good judgment and great restraint in not revealing the contents of those documents to the public. It is for this reason that I believe that an attempt has been made to use her.
Fortunately, Linda did not fall off a turnip truck and she didn't play the game. I recommend you read her book entitled Alien Harvest. You should be able to order it from any good bookstore. I have discovered that Whitley Strieber is a CIA asset, as is Budd Hopkins. Strieber's book Majestic has convicted him with those of us in the know. It is the true story of the Roswell crash taken from the confiscated diaries of James Forrestal.
That is, assuming that the documents that I saw in the Navy were not a hoax. I do not believe that they were. The names of people and names of projects and operations have been changed in Strieber's book, but other than that the information and documentation is true. The autopsy reports are exactly the same that I saw in Project GRUDGE 18 years ago.
I have recently come into possession of an affidavit that is signed, notarized, and sworn under penalty of perjury from an M.D. in New York stating that the M.D. was recruited by a CIA agent named Budd Hopkins to help work with abductees for the CIA. The affidavit is included in the Appendix.
I knew that Hopkins was not right when I met him in Modesto. He could not look me in the eyes, and anyone who cannot look me in the eyes is not right. He spent the whole time, including his speech, trying to convince people of the innocence of the abductee experience and the absence of the aliens' malevolence, which was a total crock. It was an insult to anyone who had investigated abductees.
I know that all of the major UFO research organizations were targeted for infiltration and control by the Secret Government, just as NICAP was infiltrated and controlled. In fact, NICAP was eventually destroyed from within. I know that these efforts have been successful. MUFON is a great example. Hundreds of members all over the world conduct investigations and send in physical evidence to MUFON headquarters, where it quickly disappears. Everyone screams for physical evidence as proof. Recently samples were collected of a liquid that had dripped from a saucer onto a schoolyard in Gulf Breeze, Florida. The samples were sent to MUFON, where they immediately vanished.
Walt Andrus has stated that it was an accident. BALONEY! This is not the first time MUFON has "lost" evidence. I consider MUFON the great black hole of the UFO community. The control of information is so tight that nothing escapes. Anyone who tells it like it really is, is debunked and barred from symposiums. The members are told what to believe and what not to believe. The members do not seem to know that they are being controlled.
The members of the MUFON board of directors and the members of the advisory board of consultants are for the most part supported by the Government in the form of salaries, grants, or retirement checks. Who can believe that this does not constitute a conflict of interest? Who can investigate and expose the hand that feeds them? How can you possibly believe the Government could not control the people to whom it funnels money? MONEY IS THE BASIC METHOD OF CONTROL.
The major UFO publications are without any doubt controlled and are most probably, as in the case with UFO, financially backed or controlled by the CIA. Vicki Cooper (no relation), the editor and publisher of UFO, has been telling friends and relatives for at least two years that the CIA is pushing her magazine. Ron Regehr and Lee Graham remember the summer of 1988 when Vicki interviewed them at Mr. Graham's residence in Huntington Beach.
After the interview was over Vicki Cooper walked to her car, turned, and mysteriously yelled,
I have talked to friends and acquaintances of Ms. Cooper who swear that she has stated on many occasions that "the CIA controls UFO magazine." Vicki Cooper's uncle, Grant Cooper, was Sirhan Sirhan's defense attorney, who made no attempt to defend his client. It was important to the Secret Government and the CIA that Sirhan be pinned as a "lone assassin." Grant Cooper has extensive ties to the CIA and the Johnny Rosselli mob.
We have found that Vicki's son attends the West Point Military Aca- demy. What a wonderful way to control a magazine! "You don't play ball, your son won't graduate." I found out that the person who found Vicki Cooper an apartment when she arrived in Los Angeles was Barry Taff, a long-time employee of the intelligence agencies (yes, plural) and a long-time protégé of Dr. John Lilly and Dr. J. West, the government's premiere experts in mind control.
These men have been involved in the most terrifying, experimentation ever directed at total control of individuals. I believe that it is no innocent coincidence that Taff's apartment is directly above Vicki's. All of this was confirmed independently in a letter written by Mr. Martin Cannon, a Los Angeles-based researcher. The letter can be found in the Appendix.
The most damning evidence for the control of UFO magazine and Vicki Cooper comes from Don Ecker. At the 1989 MUFON Conference Don Ecker became so uninhibited that he managed to relate the following story to me and two others. According to Don Ecker, Vicki Cooper used to work for the infamous Mayflower Madam.
The Feds were trying to get the Madam and discovered Vicki. Ms. Cooper was busted and threatened with spending the rest of her life in prison if she did not cooperate. Vicki rolled over, according, to Ecker, and ratted on her employer. Since Vicki had apparently had something to do with the bookkeeping operation, she became a key witness. The Mayflower Madam was put out of business and into jail, thanks to Ms. Cooper's testimony. That is, if Don Ecker was telling the truth.
We have no reason to believe that he was lying. I don't know why Don told us. Maybe he doesn't like Vickie. Or maybe he, like Lear and Friedman, thought I was one of them. (If 11 be a cold day in hell.) According to Ecker, Vicki Cooper was told to get out of town and stay out. She was given money and told to start UFO magazine in Los Angeles. She was told that she was to print information that would be fed to her.
Sure enough, you read in UFO purported leaked government UFO information, always written by someone who cannot be contacted. It is always under an alias; no one can check the information. Vicki is adamant about printing only the news and information that she considers best for the readers, as if they have no mind of their own. She indulges in character assassination.
Don Ecker claims to have been a member of Army Intelligence, the Green Berets, and later a police officer in Boise, Idaho. Don claims a total of ten years experience as a criminal investigator. The Boise Police Department, when asked by phone, has denied any knowledge of Mr. Ecker. I have requested that Don furnish a copy of his Army record, but he has refused. Ecker calls himself a UFO expert and has dubbed himself (yep, you guessed it) a "ufologist."
He sprinkles terms like "ufological" around in his articles, and not even Don knows what the hell it means. He con- firms most of the information that I have divulged when he speaks to groups. He has furnished data bases with a plethora of files that confirm everything that I have ever said. Ecker probably made them up himself, since they are all anonymous. He claims that aliens mutilate humans like cattle. Don Ecker, like Vicki Cooper, practices character assassination.
According to legitimate law-enforcement sources, Ecker is lying to the public. He was a guard at the Idaho State Prison from September 1981 to September 1982 when he quit to become a Canyon County Sheriff's Department Narcotics Deputy Trainee. Donald Francis Ecker II was fired after only six weeks for "improper conduct." Mr. Ecker returned to the Idaho State Prison where he was employed as a guard until July 1987 when he shot off his left leg with a shotgun during a training exercise. Sources also reveal that Donald Francis Ecker II is a fugitive from justice. Authorities in Idaho hold several outstanding warrants for the arrest of Mr. Ecker. You must understand that the government is not ever going to allow any person or any group of persons to uncover the most highly classified secret in the world — if they can help it. They will always have agents controlling UFO groups, publications and information. If aliens are not real and the whole thing turns out to be the greatest hoax ever perpetrated, just who do you think did the perpetrating? If the underground history is correct, aliens have manipulated and/or ruled the human race through various secret societies, religions, magic, witchcraft, and the occult. The Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission are in complete control of the alien technology and are also in complete control of the nation's economy. Eisenhower was the last President to know the entire overview of the alien problem. Succeeding Presidents were told only what Majesty Twelve and the intelligence community wanted them to know. Believe me, it was not the truth. Majesty Twelve has presented most new Presidents with a picture of a lost alien culture seeking to renew itself, build a home on this planet, and shower us with gifts of technology. In some cases the President was told nothing. Each President in turn has swallowed the story (or no story at all) hook, line and sinker. Meanwhile innocent people continue to suffer at the hands of the alien and human scientists. I have been unable to determine exactly what it is they are doing. Many people are abducted and are sentenced to live with psychological and physical damage for the rest of their lives. Could this really be a CIA mind-control operation? In the documents that I read, 1 in 40 humans had been implanted with devices, the purpose of which I have never discovered. The Government believes that the aliens are building an army of implanted humans who can ne activated and turned upon us at will. You should also know that to date we have not even begun to come close to parity with the aliens. I sent 536 copies of a "Petition to Indict" to every member of the Senate and House of Representatives on April 26,1989.
As of this date, November 23,1990, I have received a total of only six replies, only four more than I had received in May 1989.

Today, MJ-12 still exists and operates just as it always has. It is made up of the same structure, 6 from the same positions in government, and 6 from the executive members of the Council on Foreign Relations and/or Trilateral Commission. The Majority Agency for Joint Intelligence is publicly known as the Senior Interagency Group (SIG). In closing it is most important to understand that the council on Foreign Relations and its offshoot the Trilateral Commission not only control but own this country. Long before WWII they were instrumental in helping to decide policy for the United States Government. The Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission and their foreign counterparts report to Bilderbergers.
Almost every high level government and military official of any consequence since WWII including presidents have been members of the Council on Foreign Relations and/or Trilateral Commission. All American members of the Trilateral Commission have either been or are a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Each foreign nation of any importance has its own offshoot of the Council on Foreign Relations and the members of each country interact with those of other countries through the Bilderburgers to further their common goals. The foreign member of the Trilateral Commission belong to their respective organizations. Even a cursory investigation by the most inexperienced researcher will show that the members of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission control the major foundations, all of the major media, publishing interests, the largest banks, all the major corporations, the upper echelons of the government, and many other vital interests.
Their members are elected and appointed because they have all the money and special interests behind them. All, that is, except the peoples. They are undemocratic and do not in any way represent the majority of the U.S. of America.
These are the people who will decide who survives the coming holocaust and who does not.

THE CONCLUSIONS ARE INESCAPABLE
Through ignorance or misplaced trust we as a people have abdicated our role as the watchdog of our government. Our government was founded "of the people, for the people, by the people." There was no mention or intent ever to abdicate our role and place our total trust in a handful of men who meet secretly to decide our fate.
In fact, the structure of our government was designed to prevent that from ever happening. It we had done our jobs as Citizens we would never have reached this point Most of us are completely ignorant as to even the most basic functions of our government. We have truly become a nation of sheep — and sheep are always eventually led to slaughter.
It is time to stand up in the manner of our forefathers and walk like men. I remind you that the Jews of Europe marched obediently to the ovens after having been warned, believing all the while that the facts could not possibly be true. When the outside world was told of the holocaust occurring in Hitler's Europe, it was not believed at first.
You must understand that, real or not, the purported presence of aliens have been used to neutralize certain widely different segments of the population:

I can assure you beyond any shadow of a doubt that even if aliens are not real, the technology IS REAL. Antigravity craft exist and human pilots fly them. I and millions of others have seen them.
They are metal; they are machines; they come in different shapes and sizes; and they are obviously intelligently guided.
